Hot high 80's day? A popsicle sounds great!Located across from Mission San Gabriel, Nomad Ice Pops looked to be a refreshing solution on a hot Fall day. Being Dia de los Muertos/Halloween season, Nomad Ice Pops had some popsicles shaped like skulls. After perusing the menu, horchata stood out & compelled a purchase.Horchata ($3.50)-Sabroso! Horchata was one of my favorite drinks, when I didn't care about sugar, calories, good health, diabetes. Heck, I remember I bought a large horchata from a former Albertaco's in Hawaiian Gardens, only to come back in a hour or so & buy another one. For shame! Anyhoo, Nomad Ice Pops' dairy-free horchata popsicle had all the taste & flavors of horchata that I remembered. It was frozen solid, meaning it didn't melt at all on a high 80's day. I ate the whole popsicle one bite at a time, which made things less messy.Service was good. Nomad Ice Pops operates as a takeout window. Parking is via street or at Mission San Gabriel.Nomad Ice Pops cooled me off on a hot day. I enjoyed my horchata popsicle & appreciated how solid it remained while consuming it. Nomad Ice Pops is a great option when looking for a sweet frozen treat.
We drive almost an hour to get Nomad Ice Pops, and they're worth it. It's one of my all time favorite treats.

10/10 best ice pops to exist
I used Nomad’s catering service for my daughter’s birthday and it was awesome! The morning of her party, we picked up a cooler filled with five different flavors of ice pops that were labeled and separated in bags by flavor. The cooler was packed with care and everything was ice cold for hours thanks to the optional dry ice block I added to my order. Guests raved about the intensity and depth of the flavors (Vietnamese coffee, chocolate, watermelon, mango, and strawberry mint dipped in chocolate). It was so easy communicating with Geoff to place the order and coordinate pickup. I would 100% use them again for future events!
Strawberry mint is amazing!Watermelon is perfect on a hot day!
Nomad is the best! My wife and I hired them to cater our wedding in DTLA, and their delicious ice pops were a HUGE hit with our guests. The owner Geoff and his team were incredibly helpful and communicative leading up to the day as we settled on our flavors and nailed down logistics. Truly a delight to work with, the pops are amazing, and their shop in San Gabriel is lovely as well!
When is this place open? Pops so good you won't want share.
Nomad Pops was amazing from beginning to end . They responded to my inquiry in a timely manner, answered all my questions and provided a quote . On the day of the event they arrived on time , and John was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Thank you John! Pops were delicious and unique. Can’t wait to book them again …. Once the weather warms up !!?
Stopped by their shop while passing through the area. Delicious pops! The whole family loved the various flavors we tried!

Delicious!Super fun flavors and combinations. I had these at an event recently in LA, and got the coconut blueberry flavor.
The best ice pops ever!!!!!!
Good, inexpensive, and lots of choices. The opposite of one of those places where u think u ordered the wrong thing but in reality everything sucks, but you just don't know it yet.
Love Nomad Ice Pops - great flavors!
My son visited today and asked the person working if the horchata flavored pop has any nuts since he is allergy to all nuts. The worker said no. After taking a bite, he immediately got a reaction. The pop apparently has cashews as an ingredient. Please educate your staff.
