Flavor Explosion in Every Bite!
Noodology exceeded all my expectations! The moment I took my first bite of their spicy beef noodle soup, I knew I was in for a treat. The broth was rich and flavorful, with a perfect balance of heat and umami. The noodles were fresh and had an ideal texture. The service was prompt and friendly, and the atmosphere was vibrant. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of their menu!

The taste of the powder is just average, so give it 3 stars. (The rice noodles themselves are very bland and tasteless, but the soup and meat are very salty. It’s strange how they can be put in a bowl but have independent tastes, just like multiple reviews below, the noodle itself is tasteless but soup is very salty. the overall taste is just weird to describe). Also, the peanuts sold in this store are really expensive. When my husband was checking out, he suddenly wanted to take some fried peanuts home, so the store clerk packed a half-flat one in the smallest foam box and charged ~$13... Are you serious?

Best rice noodle place in LA. I've been eating here for years, and it's consistently delicious with fair prices.

The peerless double pepper is very enjoyable and tastes great! It's not too spicy, just right. The non-spicy Cantonese original soup is very popular among children.

Dang! Lots of haters giving this place less than 4 stars! I thought this place rocked! The duck wings a little too much for me LOL. Other than that spicy beef noodles are on point!

I wanted to have a more authentic bowl of Guilin rice noodles or Yunnan rice noodles, so I picked the "Guilin Hot and Sour Beef Noodles" from the rice noodle (noodles) category on their menu. It turned out that it was filled with noodles. The waiter ignored me, so I thought I'd just eat it. After a few bites, it was really unpalatable! It's as salty as eating salt. There are about three small slices of beef, and an additional $2 of pickled beans. Why! I rarely have the patience to write a review, so I’m so disappointed!

Yuck. Rude lady. My wife loved most Asian food. She grimmaced at the soup The dumplings were tasteless. My bowl of beef and noodles was metallic tasting, most had to be tossed out. Waste of money.

Always happy to be pleasantly surprised. I avoided this place because their noodles use to be very salty, but tried it recently and definitely gotten better.
People from Guilin come from far away to eat noodles, so they are really disappointed.
The price is expensive and the quantity is much less. This place is so unauthentic. The quality is not worth the price! Unreliable business.
Fresh noodles, delicious spicy pepper broth. Small yet comfortable interior seating. Will revisit for more menu options!
The best noodle.
