My family would get a pizza here every two weeks. Best pizza ever !I now live in Riverside County and still visit Petrillo's every time I am in the area. 2 large pizzas feed my family for days. I'm 52 and my best pizza memories are Petrillo's Pizza.

Appetizers are great here, always come back for their platter and salads. Pizzas are huge so bring your appetite or get ready to take the rest home. Service is great and friendly. It’s quite dark in there but otherwise a good vibe and kid friendly!

Food is overall pretty good and filling. Only issue I had with the food is that the pizza crust was a bit thicker than I'm used to making it fille up faster than a normal pizza. Toppings are loaded so they aren't skimping on them.

I felt very rushed after placing my order on the phone. The owner or the older guy that is in charge seemed snooty and seemed very grumpy too. I will probably not go back to this location. I heard the Glendora location is friendlier and more courtesy.

The food is delicious and despite the bad service and rude waiters and cashier girls our family still comes here. It’s funny bec every time I come for pick up the tip jar is empty maybe bec if the rudeness?

Arguably my favorite pizza for the last 35 years, Petrillo's serves Buffalo style pizza -- which makes sense because its founder is from that part of the world (specifically, Rochester, NY, the next city over). The pizza features an outstanding medium crust (think somewhere between a regular crust and Chicago deep dish) and is heaven if you favor non-thin/non-NY style pizza. The cheese and pepperoni are rich and superb, and combining them with freshly minced garlic oozes flavor as the flavors meld harmoniously. [Avoid the mushrooms, however; they come from a can.] The homemade bread also is excellent. Covid substantially curtained the dining room's hour; but if/when it's available, it's a fun, very old-school red checker cloth experience with decent beers on tap. Bottom line: When returning to the Westside on or near the 10, I always call ahead, order a pizza, and bring home a pie of perfection.

When I got here on a Wednesday afternoon, they said they would open Dine-in at 4:30pm. I didn't realize they were mainly opened for takeout only for the most part. Although, you'll need to verify, as some of the other reviews says they only open on weekends. Was kinda' disappointed, because I was looking forward to eating there. I've had their pizza years ago and it was great! I wanted to introduce my friend to their awesomeness, but alas! T'was not in the stars! But hey, at least they're open for takeout!

They need to hire new people to work in the pick up area. My family and I used to love ordering from here, but the last 2 times that I have attempted to I am met with terrible customer service or am just straight hung up on while trying to order. If I knew the name of the lady I would post it here to help everyone know who the problem is when ordering, but unfortunately I don't. Will be a long time before I bother wasting my time again.

Always a staple restaurant for a family meal. I love that this place has been around since I was a kid to enjoy and now with my own kids 40years later. Food is great as usual. Pizza was a win for the kids first time trying it. Clam linguine was great for dad. Had a couple of regular house salads as well and were bigger than expected. No complaints about anything. Service was good too.

So famous and yet disappointing.
Pizza was ok, Costco pizza has more flavor though toppings were very abundant and the pizza was cut in little squares which is very convenient. Garlic bread tasted burned and had barely any garlic and butter, I was given big chunks of almost burned bread?, fried calamari was ok, though they gave me marinara sauce when I requested cocktail and marinada (why to have two options as a max when you only plan to give one out??) just do yourself a favor and get food somewhere else, $47+ tax +$20 cash as a tip for disappointing food? Nah?
Kid-friendliness: The young lady dispatching take out was super nice and kind.
