They need to work on their attitude big time. They messed up on our pizza a couple weeks ago and called and owner said he would put our name down to reimburse us next time we came in and employees did not want to honor it and were giving my mom attitude.

My husband and I wanted to eat there for lunch. We live rather far so I checked on google for their open hours. I confirmed they were open and we were on our way. We arrived at the restaurant 40 minutes after the opening hour and there were closed signs posted on the building. I noticed some people in the take out section, but confused with the closed sign up. ( Maybe take down the closed sign? Doesn’t take a lot of effort to let people know you are open) The door to the restaurant was closed so we called. A woman answered and immediately put us on hold… would not answer if they were open or not . We just got frustrated and left. We tried calling twice but no success. I get it, sometimes there is an emergency or some unforeseen situation , but at least have someone answer the phone and say your closed.. not just put someone on hold.

Calamari was delicious and so was the pasta. Food was great, atmosphere was great, service was nice just kinda slow but nice. I got fettuccine Alfredo with chicken added.

Was able to finally try this place out. Ordered the Alfredo Pasta, it was OK, the sauce was watered down and lacked flavor. Pizza on the other hand was delicious.Parking: Street parking only.

There was a very large party taking up the entire center of the restaurant. This first visit was surprisingly very good. As busy as they were, the service was good. The portions were huge. The downside was not enough sauce for the portion of fettuccine. Also, the eggplant flavor was off. The spaghetti, lasagna, soup, bread, and mozzarella sticks were very good. Will have to come back and try the pizza.

Best Pizza in the SGV hands down. I’ve been a customer of Petrrillos for years. 40 years to be exact. They pile on the ingredients and it’s simply marvelous. The sauce is tasty and just perfect. The combination dinners are perfect for couples. So much cheesy goodness.
