How about some personal pan pizzas for my kids. They were inside these plastic containers the pizza arrives soggy and soft. I never had a pizza like this ever I was really disappointed with Pizza hut's pizza. Next time I will go buy pizza from Little Caesars.

Holy smokes! Pizza hut use to by far be the best pizza around in the 90s and early 2000s. Now its literally garbage. Will never be a customer of theirs again...this future sucks so bad on endless levels! Everything is poison, tasteless and corporate greed. What a shame.

I ordered from here a few weeks ago and me and my spouse got extremely sick. Spoke with Jose the manager about the issue the following day. He gave me a credit I tried to use tonite, but Anna or it may be Ana is her name. She is extremely unprofessional and so is whoever was working with her tonite. This store needs to investigate how unprofessional their night crew is towards pizza hut customers. I've been ordering from here for almost 4 years now. I'll most definitely take my time to call corporate come Monday morning.

We ordered three pizzas and 1 cheesy breadsticks. After ordering the pizzas, we realized there is a promotion running for 2 large premium pizzas for $25. We spoke with the store manager to ask for price adjustment but she said “too bad - you should’ve known about the promotion before ordering”. I called the call center and they said to speak with the owner because “we don’t care about your order” lol
Never ordering from this store again. 0/5 stars. Pizza Hut is great in general. But never again from these guys. Horrible

Pizza hut quality is not the same as it used to be.... I remember in the 90s Pizza hut was the best in quality from all fast food pizza. Now the quality seems low it doesnt even taste the same. It almost seems like they put cheaper quality ingredients!! The problem is the price hasnt come down its still the highest but the quality has gone down

When I got home I notice my wings were like f chicken tenders I called I ask to speak with manager and instead to apologize he hung up, I called again I asked about my chicken wings he said that was it,he never accept his error, I drive from montebello to therebecause I go shopping g around there and rhe I get my meal to go home.....he never apologize he instead started arguing with me, he says he doesn't have time to chit chat....what a clown. Custumers we have more choices we don't ask for free , they have only one job,can't even do it right, and then they have the nerve to avoid rhe problem and act like we get food for free.

This is the best pizzahut around. They have never messed up my order and everything comes out hot, fresh, and in a timely manner. I give extra credit for their attention to detail, I always do custom ordered items and they are on it. Thank you to the staff at this location, you all are doing a great job. ♡
Always forgets something from our orders. Doordash delivery people we've encountered can never speak any bit of English and makes it more difficult to give instructions as to how to actually deliver the pizza to our door. Since the fees are crazy high I expect better service than what we've experienced, at least!
