Order a spicy chicken sandwich and spicy chicken wrap. Wrap had barely any chicken in it. Was just a ton of sauce and lettuce. Would not recommend getting the wrap at that point make it at home

This location always gave me the old foods. It means the food was too dried and hard. I would like jucy chickens

Tried the wings. The wings were only partially covered in sauce. It was probably a good thing because the bbq sauce was still too sweet.

Online orders need to be kept at 140 degrees or above before customers pickup. The coleslaw needs to be kept at below 40 degrees before customer pick up. Manager and owner need to be re-trained on food safety. Both visits I had the coleslaw and had felt sick. The area in front of the beverage dispenser is super sticky with soda splash and dirty but nobody mops it. Employees pretend to sweep the floor and don't even use the dustpan to dispose in trash. Instead of lolligagging, gossiping among themw; employees need to focus on double checking online orders, keeping food fresh, and restaurant cleanliness.

The employees are way too busy conversing with each other than to provide any customer service. I placed an order with the younger Hispanic lady and immediately after taking payment she turned around and not even acknowledging me or even giving me my receipt. I stood there bewildered and just started at her backside for a good long before I just reached over the counter and grab my receipt. They continued their conversation nonstop and slowly got my order. I watched them patiently wondering what could be so important for them to forget basic customer service… I watched as she packed other orders despite no one else picking their order while mine just sat there on the counter. What seemed like forever and the last order although I was the only customer and another whom already finished his meal. She said one number 13 stared at me and then continued with her conversation. I got up and got my order and said thank you and this women don’t even give me the time of day to respond with a thank you or anything.. just stare and continue her conversation in Spanish. I love Popeyes but damn makes me not wanna come here. Its the closest one to my house…. Maybe next time I’ll drive farther for my fix. Without customer service the food wouldn’t taste as good when I have a bad taste in my mouth from poor customer service.

Though the signature hot sauce with the wings didn't taste like how I'd expected it to be(though it’s not their fault at all), the chicken and fries were very good overall! We went there when it was late but they were kind enough to fry some new parts for us.

They want to save money and eliminate jobs but urging you to do online order. They had special if you use their app. Problem was the staff at the store said the app was down so the order I wanted was not available in store. So their system is faulty and they are not able to give you choices like the app. I am not a fan of eliminating jobs for higher profits and I am not a fan of their app and ordering system.

I ordered the spicy fried chicken and the spicy chicken sandwich.
The chicken was very crispy and juicy, which was great. However, even though I clearly chose the spicy option, the sandwich was not spicy at all. The chicken was also way too salty.
I’m not sure if the staff accidentally gave me the original flavor instead of spicy, or if the spicy chicken at this location is just not very spicy.
Compared to other Popeyes locations I’ve tried, the flavor here was not as good.

This popeyes is ridiculous. A disgrace to the brand. This is the worse Popeyes location.
