The food, the atmosphere, and the service are all 10/10!

I being going to this place many times, but we went the 05/18/2025, as always the food is great, the service just fair enough, they don’t are like over your glass of water or anything, and when we got the bill I left some dollars for the tip, and this old lady (waitress) was asking for more, although it was just my wife and my two kids, and they just refilled once my kids cup,she was almost screaming at me in front of all the customers, I didn’t want to argue with her, so I gave her a little more, and as much as I hated I’m not going back, I’m switching to Sam Woo at 514 Valley Blvd, Alhambra, CA 91803, United States

The service attitude of the takeaway department is very poor, as if you owe them money.

I went there to buy a roast duck and couple lbs of roast pig yesterday, and the server was having lunch when I ask for the service, then he got up right away and take out a duck and started chopping it up - without even washing his freaking hands!
I am not going back to this place again, unless I want to get a stomach ache!

The lobster with noodle (with yee main) is really delicious. The wonton is flavorful.
The morning glory is ok. Plenty of choices to choose from. Enormous parking lot . Fast service. The restaurant can fit almost 100 people

I ordered a full duck by Panda app, and it was not fresh, I started diarrhea in the early morning until now! I used to buy duck in another store in Rosemead, it never happened! This is my first time here because I have a coupon 30-10, I guess this is the reason?

Sam woo count your days. The box that I received for my takeout almost bursted at the bottom. It literally melted through all the plastic so I had to throw it away.

Lady at the counter is rude and looks like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

Best Roasted Duck and nice employees. I always asked my aunt where she got her duck, and she finally told me...ayeeee
