I can't believe there's a waiter who's so arrogant, A waitress with short hair, who was unfriendly to us from the start, I had a very aggressive attitude when I ordered food, She spoke loudly and rudely to us the whole time, After we finished the meal, we felt bad about her service and left a 10% tip, but she confronted us! And she scolded us! I don't know why restaurants like this exist! No more!

It was a little hard to find with the signage. The hot and sour dumpling soup was like nothing I ever had soo good. I didn't care for the cumin lamb noodles. I think it's because I'm not a huge fan of cumin. I keep trying it though, hahahThe cucumber was the showshopper for me. It wasn't like anywhere else. So refreshing so addicting. I wanted to drink it. I've been trying to recreate these at home and it suffices but I want to go back. I wish it were closer. They seat you and don't check in but it's ok they weren't rude and when the food came it was quick.Parking was a little difficult but there's a downstairs and parking was easy there.

Beef noodle soup is pretty good, but it's only a bit of meat and veg on top, the rest of the bowl is filled with noodles.

Nice food Shanxi style, good authenticity, had better though. Food is slightly americanized for less spiciness and perhaps added a little bit more sugar to smooth out tastes a bit, although you can add sauce if you want more, certain dishes are great on the looks, large portions and ample ingredients, but certain things are not quite there so it can be slightly dull on the taste buds. Friendly staff.

Tried four dishes, and all of them were incredible. Top two dishes for me were the wontons in spicy oil, and the pork dumplings in spicy oil.

The food here is okay. We visited here several times, and sometimes it was amazing, but sometimes it was just under par. However, the service is always bad. The servers are inattentive and disrespectful to guests. They will stare at you, stand right next to you while you sign the tips. When you are finished, they immediately take it away and look at it, before you even put your pen down.

Fairly decent Shaanxi food, especially considering that Xi'an is 6900 miles away from LA. The soaked naan (羊肉泡饃) and Biang Biang noodles are definitely highlights. The owner suggested Big Plate Chicken, but to be honest that dish is fairly mediocre, and you can probably find better version of it in restaurants that specialized in Xinjiang/Uyghur cuisine. Stick to Xi'an/Shaanxi dishes and the experience would be great!

Place isn’t nice, the staff isn’t nice, that’s how you know it’s going to be good!Sour & Spicy Handmade Noodles were recommended by the waiter and they were INSANE

While the food is good, the waitress demanded I tip her more. I showed her on the receipt the amount I tipped, but then she pointed to the bottom of the receipt and said “you can tip these” (18% at the end for minimal service). I didn’t even want to tip because she came over and put her chopsticks in our food to show us how to eat it, which I thought was unsanitary. Anyway, I still tipped, just a smaller amount that I usually do, and the fact that she demanded more was ridiculous to me. Won’t come here again. Plenty of other authentic Chinese food options who have better service.

Super tasty AUTHENTIC Shaanxi cuisine! If you’re from Xi’an like me, you won’t be disappointed. They even have Mashi 烩麻食 and QiShanSaoZi Noodle 岐山臊子面which are rare to find!! Their service was immaculate, everyone was very polite and cared about whether you enjoyed each dish or not. How come I missed this gem for all those years living in LA, I’ll definitely come back very often from now on.

at first it was hard to find in the complex, but it's in the right corner on the 1st floor. it's easy to miss, but don't overlook this place because the food was flavorful. the waitress didn't speak much English, they speak mandarin but can understand some english, but I was able to show her a picture of what I wanted to eat (I was actually looking for szechuan food but everything closed by 8pm) and amazingly, she pointed out what I was looking for on the menu just by looking at pictures from other restaurants. she was super nice and very courteous. the dishes we had were exactly what we were looking for. very flavorful, very tasty, spicy just the way we like it. it's a different but good flavor that you don't typically get in the sgv. iykyk!we ordered A2: fish filled in hot chili oil with mixed vegetables and A6: chicken gristle (which is with tendon) spicywe should have ordered more!

4/7/2021 - Glad to see that they’re still open! We got the celery and beancurd sheet (with woodear) salad, which was delightfully fresh and fragrant, the hand-pulled noodles with cumin lamb, and the lamb dumplings. The noodles were wonderfully chewy and the dumplings rich and balanced. And the service was friendly as usual!

Called to place a take out order, they sold out the item and complained me. Wow, that's some attitude.
