It was so good I went with my cousin and her grandma for the first time it was so good I loved it and it’s cheap better than McDonald’s in my opinion

This Shakey's is by far the cleanest! The staff is always friendly and courteous. The food is fresh and delicious.
The bunch a lunch is always fully prepared and replaced as it finishes.

This was a terrible experience. We walked in for the lunch buffet and there were no available tables. We were walking around with sodas and plates in hand and nowhere to sit. Knowing damn well they have another room full of tables blocked off to keep customers on one side. Ridiculous. We practically had to beg to sit in there. When we finally got the ok from the "MANAGER"... An employee named RAY came thru. He was a "RAY" of sunshine. His name was RAY. He was so helpful. He kept checking on us and constantly picking up our plates. He made sure not to forget about us because we were in a separate part of Shakey's than else. He was awesome. Please acknowledge his excellent service.
