I rarely eat in due to understaffing - bussing & cleaning take a while. 85-90% of the time pretty good TW deli food. I go there every 1-2 months.

I esp like their sticky rice rolls fantuan, sticky rice wrapped in bamboo zongzi, turnip cakes luobogao, onion pancakes congyoubing, black sesame...
Located not far from nationally recognized Huge Tree Pastry stands Four Sea Restaurant, Si Hai to locals who know it for sweet or salty Soy Milk plus Buns and Pastries ordered at the counter.

True to Taiwanese traditions, hours from 6:30am until 1:00pm daily finding the space with a continuous stream of traffic, guests are invited to choose from the bilingual overhead menu or a laminated card featuring the names and descriptions of items prepared fast.

For the Chinese pancakes, it's hard to imagine how oily it is!!! The box, the plastic bag and the food itself are all covered with oil. When taking a bite, the pancake has almost no taste but oil inside. Lack of the taste of Onion and no sauce included. The taste is too plain. Hard to imagine how they keep popular with the higher and higher price of the food.
