Have been enjoying this Sichuan / Szechwan restaurant since 2017. Love their food, especially the spicy boiled fish, snow pea sprouts, and the cold deli bar choices. Attractive remodeling since the scamdemic/plandemic peak, too.
What a shame, this Sichuan cuisine is completely unauthentic. It used to be very authentic and delicious, but now it tastes just average. They actually put zucchini in the pickled pepper kidneys, which is really unheard of. While waiting for the food, I saw a man coming out of the kitchen who spoke Northeastern dialect, and I had a hunch that he was not authentic. Sure enough.
