We ordered a medium-sized griddle pot with our choice of proteins and veggies — super generous portions, easily feeds 3–4 people. The seasoning was on point: just the right balance of spice and numbing heat, without overpowering the ingredients. Highly recommend adding cauliflower, lotus root, and beef short ribs — they soak up the sauce beautifully.
