I think this place deserves some more love. I been coming here for the last 13 years. People come here for the environment, quiet and clean, 5 stars. The food is average, nothing stands out and the selection is limited, 3 stars. The price has gone up quite a bit, 50% since pandemic, 3 stars. I would still recommend if you are looking for a quiet place to eat and mingle with family or friends, where you can all hear each other.

For breakfast, the omelet was delicious and so was the oatmeal. Actual price is about 30% more than the listed price after 10% tax and 20% service charge is added, making it actually very expensive for what you get. Hilton Honors gold and diamond members get $18 of credit towards breakfast. Those who do not quality for the credit are better off dining elsewhere.

Trinity is located within the Hilton San Gabriel lobby. The restaurant was mostly empty for breakfast except for a couple of tables. It was nice because it was quiet and relaxing. The staff as always, were amazing. They were warm, inviting and friendly. They were also very attentive without hovering.I absolutely loved that they offered congee for breakfast.
