Been to the one in sawtelle before but it was my first time at this location -- the food was great as always. Loved the spicy tonkotsu ramen I had. The sides were available as an add on at $2.50 each. There wasn't too much of a wait as groups come and go fairly quickly. The service was friendly and the Japanese music gave the place a nice vibe.

The food is very good. Service is fast. Ambiance is fun. Only problem is that the vegan ramen uses egg noodles. Lol ... Luckily the staff told me that. But did not state that on the menu. May be "veggie ramen" with "egg noodles" would be a more appropriate menu print. But at least they have vegetarian ramen.

Awesome experience at this Tsujita location! Much easier parking than the sawtelle and arts District locations, but the food is exactly the same. Interestingly, the appearance of the menus are different across the different locations, I'm not sure why that is. Some of them serve alcohol, and others don't. Also they had a variety of alcohol at this location, which is great for an after work dinner! We got the deluxe dipping noodles, which were amazing - they come with a hard boiled egg and very delicious pork- plenty of meat. Some noodle places really skimp on the meat but Tsujita does not!! The chicken Karage was delicious, but I wish it was crispier. Service was super nice, fast, and attentive. 10/10 Experience

I had an amazing experience at Tsujita LA Artisan Noodle! From the food to service to ambiance 10/10!!! Parking- Plenty, they also have an underground (very safe) parking garage with charging stations! Service- Fantastic, we were served by the amazing Jena, she took the time to go over menu items I haven't tried and gave some amazing recommendations! Food- DELICIOUS! we tried the takoyaki, tsukemen, and the ramen. It was my very first time trying the tsukemen and it was super yummy. The flavors, freshness, and quality of the food is impeccable! Tsujita is very clean and family friendly. I will definitely be coming back! :)

What's up: Dinner with the family. Ever since Japan, we always looked for places that had Tsukemen, the yummy dipping noodles. And guess what? This place had that, so yay! Parking: Located in that busy plaza right next to the Hilton, parking on the surface level can be difficult. But, they do have an underground parking with plenty of spots. Environment: We came right before the dinner rush and were seated immediately. After placing our order, we had a short wait before the food arrived. Staff members were friendly and the place was well lit and cozy. What was ordered: - Tsukemen (yummy. The broth consistency was very close to what we experienced in Japan and was not overly salty. Noodles were nice and chewy) - Takoyaki (yummy and hot) - Karaage (yummy by itself, extra yummy with the sauce) - Tsujita Pudding (got it in matcha. Soooo creamy and good) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. Definitely yay. Food was excellent and the ambiance was super comfortable. I think the food was fairly darn close to what we had in Japan. And that pudding...sooooo good. Credit cards are accepted.

Best noodles in LA. Both this and the annex across the street are absolutely phenomenal. Get the tsukemen dunking noodles. They're divine. Took a group of friends for their first time and each one said it's by far the best ramen they've tried.

I have been here twice, and is the hype for Tsujita worth it? First thought that comes to my mind is, maybe? This location in comparison to the Sawtelle differs,in a good way, that both times I went (during a Saturday and a holiday) was that there was little to no wait, in contrast with Sawtelle where you can see that the line there is ridiculous. Service here was very good and were very prompt to my requests. I have tried both their deluxe tsukemen and deluxe tonkotsu, and in my opinion, I think the tonkotsu is more better to me than their tsukemen. Their tonkotsu was rich and flavorful in their broth, and while their tsukemen was solid, I felt like it was missing something for me in terms of the sauce. It felt moreso like a gravy to me than something to be dipping my ramen with. The egg and noodles both times here were consistent in good quality. The chicken karage was good as well and wasn't too salty. Overall, I think Tsujita is a solid Japanese noodle spot, but I honestly prefer the Tonkotsu ramen over the tsukemen. Also the prices for the deluxe versions ($24 for the tsukemen and $22.50 for the Tonkotsu) are slightly overpriced for my liking in comparison to other competitors. They are good quality bowls though. They are located in the plaza next to the San Gabriel Hilton, and their parking is accessible with underground parking. It kind of smells though :(

Just like the Tsujita in Sawtelle! There were a lot of people dining already around 6pm, but we were promptly seated when there was counter seating. I ordered the regular Tsukemen and my friend ordered the Chashu Tsukemen. It wasn't too long before our food arrived, so the service here was quick and attentive. We also both got the "cold" noodles, but the broth was very warm! Going ahead with the regular tsukemen, the chopped chashu wasn't very obvious, but it was in the dipping broth. There weren't a whole lot of chashu pieces tbh, so I wish they were more generous with that. A lot of the chashu meat was also fatty. My friend's chashu tsukemen looked really good! It's essentially the same thing except she had more meatier pieces. We did say that the dipping broth does get really salty. The more it sits, the saltier it gets too, so I feel like this would be better to eat as soon as you can when the broth is also really nice and warm. The noodle textures was also really good here, it was super chewy! It was my friend's first time experience trying tsukemen style, so i'm glad she enjoyed here as well. Great addition to SGV and I liked how this location is not crazy packed at all.

Price: $$ Service: I've never had to wait to get a seat here, way better than the LA location. Food came out within 10 minutes. Very quick service. Food: I always order the tsukemen noodle. Broth is super flavorful and very tasty. My friends ordered ramen from here too and they loved it. Overall, great food and short wait times at this particular location!

Searching for a hearty bowl of tsukemen? Come and dine at Tsujita! Here are our 5 Star FAPS: Food (F): We ordered the gyoza, ajitama tsukemen, and the deluxe tsukemen. The gyoza is a pass. Next time, we'll try the karaage chicken instead. Both tsukemen bowls were delicious! Served with a hearty and thick broth and plentiful noodles, you'll be full at the end! The lime is also a nice touch. Even if you don't get the deluxe, there is chashu in the broth. Ambiance (A): Clean and well lit. There were lots of couples and families! Parking (P): We parked underground in the lot. Not sure if you're allowed to park on the second level down, but there were A LOT of open stalls there. There is signage about Staff Parking, so we tried not to park near those signs. We took the elevator up that said Hotel, exited from the hotel's lobby, and walked to the restaurant. Service (S): No wait on a Friday night around 6 PM. The service is fast with ordering, bringing out the food, and getting the check. The only thing we would like is if they would walk around to refill water. There didn't seem to be long waits, for they cleared tables fast and welcomed the next guests continuously.

I learned about this place as I was waiting to board my flight down to LA from some IG food influencer mentioning how they now have a second location in SG which was literally down the street from the hotel I was staying at. I had to try it! This place is apparently known for their Tsukemen, which for those who don't know, is dipping ramen such that the noodles and broth are served separately, and you eat it by taking some of the noodles and dipping it into the broth. Arrived early and got the following: - Chicken Karaage: Delicious large pieces, very juicy. Breading was good, not too "bread-y". Sauces were awesome as well. - Deluxe Ramen: The noodles were great, broth was savory, egg was delicious. I would probably get this next time over the Tsukemen. - Deluxe Tsukemen: I've had Tsukemen before, but Tsujita's Tsukemen that day I visited was kind of on the more bland side. In fact the other deluxe ramen bowl I ordered had more of a saltier broth than the Tsukemen. One thing about Tsukemen is that the broth you dip the noodles in tends to have a more savory flavor than most ramen broths. It's supposed to have more of a punchy flavor to it, and when you're done with the noodles, they're supposed to provide you some stock to mix it into the Tsukemen broth so you can enjoy it better. I asked the waitress (who was fantastic btw) if I could have a side of table salt and she asked if everything was ok. I told her it was good but I preferred for it to be a bit more saltier, which she then said hang on and worked with the kitchen staff on making a brand new bowl for me. The new bowl was much better and I think they ought to consider making the Tsukemen broth a bit more saltier than whatever was served during my visit. Overall I thought it was great and I'd love to visit again!

Had a visit here the other day and it was good. A little on the saltier side but the broth is very rich. Got the Spicy Tonkatsu with all the add ons. Wish it was spicier but they have some condiments on the side. The noodles are Al dente. The bowl looks small but it definitely fills you up. The broth is so thick it clings to the noodles, so you'll end up cleaning out the whole bowl with the broth which will fill you up. Clean inside and good service.

I'm not sure how else to describe the food here besides I think about this place all the time. I am literally writing this review on a random day because I was thinking about the food here. So as a background I've only ever ordered the tonkotsu ramen here... which is crazy since I usually think tonkotsu is overhyped. The broth is very flavorful, and not too salty or overpowering... which I find tonkotsu oftentimes to be. I'm pretty picky with my noodles (since I've had some pretty great ones living in Monterey park my whole life), and this place might have some of my favorite. They're thin, a great texture, and you can tell they're freshly made. The pork is also pretty good as well. ALSO it's a safe bet for people you want to introduce ramen to since it's so good !! (Trust me LOL I've taken some picky eaters here). The location is kind of small inside, but I've never experienced a crazy wait... however I could imagine it could get crazy if there's a rush, so I'd recommend checking yelp/calling in to see what wait times are like. ADDITIONALLY... the parking isn't great but that's just what SGV plazas are like. Just keep that in mind!

The food here was amazing and workers friendly too. Food took a little while to come out but well worth it. The deluxe tsukemen and deluxe ramen were both amazing and the pork belly was so tender. Would definitely come here again!! The vibes and music in the place were great as well.

Always solid! Their broth is amazing. So rich and flavorful! We've tried to go to other dip ramen spots but it doesn't compare. My husband and I have been here so many times and they are always consistent on flavor, and customer service!
