Me and my roommate went to see Golden deli if it's open but it wasn't due to the coronavirus but I stumble upon this restaurant. The owner was really really really really nice and that the fact that the restaurant is open. Food is really good. The eggrolls surprisingly very crispy and delicious. Hands down, it's a must try. I don't ever do yelp reviews unless the food and service combine is excellent. I would be coming back when I'm in the area! FYI, despite a amount of restaurants closing down due to the coronavirus, this restaurant is still OPEN for anyone.

I really enjoy the sizzling beef or shrimp plates. Skip the rice wraps and this is keto perfect! The lettuce and herbs are fresh. The acid balance of the pickled carrots and radish is perfect. Very nice staff. Good place for families too!

On our way home from the hospital with my mom. Did not eat anything so I thought we try out this place when I was working in the neighborhood. The time is 12 something. Lunch time.. Thought it was pack as before. Well got there and had to park far away. Got to the door of the restaurant. As I was looking through the window it was not full but 3 person. As we went in no one was around to seat us. Second bad sign there. First it sign was the place not pack.. So I said hello and try to call someone to seat us. Then someone came out and seat us. Gave us the menu and left. So we were looking at the menu. I saw a item my mom could eat. It's called Boun Coun. Its made of rice flower with pork fillings and other things. Cause she could not eat much cause not much teeth. I order the Vemicilla with beef and egg roll and shrimp paste.. The owner was taking the order. She told me it was tiny noodle. And I said ok. We also order hot tea for my mom and fresh lemon juice. Then 3 caucasian customer came in and some seated them. They were getting faster service than we were. A few minutes later the caucasian customer order food and drink. A couple of minutes later. They get their drink first when we already order ours first. My mom was mad saying what happened to our drinks. We order first. I try to call someone and ask where are our drinks. Then the owner scream here. The waiter came and drop of my mom's tea first. Then a few minutes later my lemonade. That's another bad sign number 3. Finally got my food and I thought I got the bowl version instead of the wrap everything yourself. I asked the waiter I thought I was getting the bowl. Then owner came and said she explain to me about the meal. All she told me was that those are small noodles. She kept saying she explained it to me.. So I told her to get the menu.. So I can see it myself. So I just suck it up and said ok. She did not even offer to exchange it. Cause it really wasn't hard to do but she just want to blame me for it. First the shrimp paste does not look like the shrimp paste like other restaurant I have eaten. The whole thing was orange and small. Second there were only 5 pieces of beef and egg roll. A few minutes later my mom's order Boun Coun came out.. We looked at it as if they were joking with us. She could even make better than that. I told her just eat what you want and put napkin over it so other customer won't eat the same one. Well that's sign number 4. I told her to eat what ever you want and just leave it. I went to pay the bill and left very very disappointed. Never going back and telling my friends that the place change badly. Should't even get a star. Should get negative star.

We started coming here as a replacement for when the line used to get too long at Golden Deli across the street, and now this is one of our favorite pho places to visit. The homey atmosphere and the quick service allow for great family meals or friend gatherings. I particularly crave the rice dishes here and highly recommend them.

I'm currently on the quest to find the best Bun Bo Hue (BBH) in the SGV and this place makes the short list. It's not too sweet or has a crap ton of chili oil. It is good in between. There's pork hock, beef, and pepper sausage so you got a variety of toppings. The only thing it's missing is the pork blood. Which I'm not that sad about. Also I don't know if they have some sort of special tap water but their plain ice water is one of the best I have ever tasted in a vietnamese restaurant. Only downside is parking, they share a small lot with a few other restaurants so you have to come at a downtime otherwise you have to park down the street or across the street in the residential parking. But I think they recently introduced valet for dinner time so that might help a little bit? Overall would try again for their other noodle or rice dishes to see if it meets my expectation like the BBH

Yelp 100 Challenge 2019 - 97/100 In our quest for good food after visiting the San Gabriel Mission we happened upon this restaurant located in a center with other food places, a rolled ice cream shop and a mini mart/grocery. We ordered deep fried spring rolls and charbroiled pork ban-mi both of them were 5 stars. The fresh spring roll and chicken curry were ok. Service was quick but friendly. On our visit we didn't have a problem with parking.

Nothing wrong with this restaurant if you want have a regular nice and big portion with nice staff and quality of food with several food options. Ordered special mix pho and basic pho with tendons . They gave us a big plate with stuff you should put in the pho and pho it self came in very big bowl couldn't even finish the bowl. Taste and flavor was really good and balanced. Design and interior is decent and beautiful. The place is big and good for groups and daily dining here since the prices are really fair and mostly you can dine $8-$10 per person here I highly recommend here for everyday dining and I really do love their quality of their dish and options are available including so many vegetarian and Vegan options . Don't come here. Rude employees. They make it very hard for you to ask for help. Takes way too long for food to come out. Brought out our entreé first and waited half an hour for appetizers. And our pho wasn't even hot! Banh mi wasn't hot too. Wish I left after I got the almost room temperature pho. Food isn't even that great either. Go to Golden Deli.

Huge menu, little parking, but lots of seating. The pho broth is one of the best broths I have found, pretty bold statement living in the 626, and I have had some serious broth in this town. I have not tried anything yet that I haven't really REALLY liked. Love it!
