The drink was okay but the customer service was disappointing. I smiled and said hi to the cashier and she just stared at me without responding. We stood there in awkward silence for about 5 seconds.
Personal opinion not very authentic and nothing special. Good luck. Sorry about that.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service I received today at Wushiland Boba was too good not to mention. The manager, Christian Kim, went above and beyond during a busy rush. Even with a long line, he made sure every customer was taken care of with genuine attention and kindness. The drinks came out fresh, cold, and perfect, and it was clear he was keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You could tell Christian really cared about both the quality and the customer experience. He stayed calm, professional, and efficient the entire time — so much so that I had to ask for his name. This kind of leadership is rare. He definitely deserves a raise for the way he handled everything like a true pro. Wushiland is lucky to have him!
This place tastes better than many other boba shops.
Wushiland put honey in my drink when I did not want honey so 4 stars
service: the service has been MUCH better since the last time i came here
atmosphere: 10/10
drinks: love all the tea drinks and their loyalty point system
issue: I could be the only customer in the store and they would not take my order but instead, direct me to a machine, specifically the young, short, tanned lady who wears silver hoop earrings and is extremely slim. The other employees have excellent customer service though.
This is the first time I added red beans. The red beans are too sweet. It makes me want to vomit.🤮
Big bad fat love it 😍
This Wushiland location is a decent size with seating inside. There is free WiFi and comfortable seats, so it makes it a decent spot for studying. There is plenty of parking available, since it’s shared in the large plaza and even a basement level parking.
For my order, I got the Earl Grey Milk Tea with boba. This is a refreshing drink that isn’t overwhelming. They are also generous with the boba portion. I can see why this is labeled as a signature drink here.
02/03/2025 I ordered a bubble milk tea,
The Cashier was a girl.. had a terrible attitude, providing very perfunctory service and showing no willingness to help with ordering. She looked so unhappy, no recommend.
disappointed experience

My favorite boba shop
I don't like how they are always short staffed and it is so hard to get help by the employees. Have to wait up to 15 minutes just for someone to take your order
I recently visited Wushiland in San Gabriel and had a disappointing experience. They have a system where all the drinks are made collectively at the same time, causing everyone, even those who ordered first, to wait until the last batch is done. This led to a 45-minute wait for a single drink. The staff was not communicative and didn’t address questions. The management should consider retraining employees and improving their system so that those who order a single drink don’t have to wait as long as a large group
Wushiland is decent boba—nothing premium, but enjoyable and great in a pinch.
My new fav chain as I get the mini pearls. But this location pearls aren’t as chewy as the one in Fullerton. It’s overcooked and super soft. The SG location is just okay drinks cuz if this. Plus weird smell.
