Xian noodles were excellent, homemade. Lamb was spicy, but the meat was poor quality— stringy, tough to chew, lots of tendons and other parts in there. The water tasted terrible, and we needed a lot of it due to the spice. But they didn’t give us hardly anything. The service was very poor. The place wasn’t crowded and the food came out fast. I had a stomach ache the next day and so did the Mrs who is from Beijing.

Good stuff, lots of variety. Noodles were of course good, I got the tomato and eggs soup because that what my dad always got, and the three topping noodles. No complaints. Green beans were good too. My buddy I went with used to come here a lot pre pandemic and he says it's not as good. Even so, I was happy, and want to try other dishes on the menu, so I'll be back.

Food is awesome and it’s not crowded. The portions are huge and each dish has a distinct taste.

This is authentic and a real departure from your Americanized Chinese food.

Plenty of parking… and don’t forget to look up. The wall with a calligraphy scroll is a famous poem from none other Chairman Mao. Gotta love this place.

I have no idea how those other people can say the portions are small. Unless youre godzilla or you only ordered an appetizer noodle, you will be full after your meal. I found this place off of tiktok and I’ve been in love ever since. I’ve taken my family and my gf here and they’re all in love as well. My gf is visiting again next week and she keeps asking when we are coming back here.

I recommend the 肉夹馍 (Chinese pork hamburger) and the 油泼三样Three toppings Spicy Noodle w/pepper oil.

Authentic flavors throughout the extensive menu at this restaurant. Nice atmosphere inside yet still casual and comfortable. The people here are very nice. Definitely recommended the Three Toppings Spicy Noodle with Pepper Oil.

The dishes here feel very authentic. I heard that the restaurant owner, chef and waiters all come from the same village in Xi'an. All the noodles are handmade and very chewy. Carbohydrate lovers will probably like them very much. Our table ordered ten dishes, and except for the fish-flavored eggplant, which I didn't like very much, there was nothing special about them. The portions are quite large and cost-effective.

The ordering was chaotic, all the later ones were served, and my table was forgotten. The key is that I finished eating the noodles and waited for half an hour but they still weren't served. The service also failed to complete the task and would not take the initiative to add water. The service was not good and I was given 10% off. tip, when I checked the bill later, I found that 30% of tips was deducted. How dare you do this? It seems that this guy has never suffered from the lawsuit in the United States. The noodles are not authentic, and the fried food is not bad!God said that people who do not know their own sins are hopeless. To be able to manipulate tips shows that this person has not confessed and is immoral. The first thing he wants to do is save raw materials. Expired flour is chemically soaked and stinks. All the meat and expired seasonings are used. It’s okay to be in your twenties and thirties. After you turn fifty, go to the cancer hospital and line up!There is another person who didn’t have many full meals when he was a child, and his personal habits are not particular. If he is not particular, it means that the food is dirty and inedible!I will eat it this time and of course it will be the last time!

Read about this place in the paper. Bae and I are always saying things like "we should explore the culinary delights of the sgv" but are often intimidated because we don't speak Chinese and have little familiarity with the cuisine beyond the white people Chinese restaurants of our respective coasts (she east, me west). We ordered from the internet even though we were there because we had our dog with us. The noodles were extremely, extremely good, the other ingredients (beef, chicken, veggies) were pretty standard. If i was to return I just get noodles straight up, I feel like the other stuff just distracts from the main event. Bae couldn't eat hers because she comes from a place (new england) where people say stuff is too spicy because there is PEPPER in the dish. Like, the pepper you have at your house. I cooked a dish with pepper once and her mom wouldn't eat it for that reason. Also the service was good, they actually called us because they were out of something we ordered and wanted to make sure they gave us a refund or something else.Unless you are a monster two people can split one dish here, any dish. If you order more than one dish per two people left overs are a given. Also, we drove around for an hour before we got home and the food was still warm.

Happy to discover this hidden gem and hope to be back! In an area well-known for Chinese food, Xi An Biang Biang Noodles lives up to the hype. Their head chef is from a well-known region in China. All the noodles are fresh-pulled. Every dish we tried was packed with flavor! You probably can’t go wrong with the menu. Split family style, it was a deliciously filling and decently priced meal. Staff is friendly and service is excellent. Highly recommend.

This is the restaurant with the smallest portions that I have ever eaten at. A bowl of noodles is not cheap and is gone after two bites. The water I drink still smells like tap water. I will never go there again.
