Amazing
Superb noodles with great value. The food here is authentic and very tasty. The biang biang noodles are very thick and chewy, and come in a humongous bowl. They have a large selection of different noodles and other dishes. The interior is clean and staff very friendly.
Authentic Xian food. Plenty of parking!
Solid food, good portions for the price
The food was alright, as it was traditional Northern Chinese food; however, the water tasted hard and wired. The receipt forced you to give them more tips.
I really enjoyed this place. Good portions and the noodles were freshly made. Lots of sichuan peppercorn in the dishes. The twice cooked pork was surprisingly good. The lamb was a little cumin heavy but otherwise good. The big chicken plate was good too.
Got their namesake. Normally not a fat noodles kinda' guy, but they do serve a purpose in soaking up oils. Taste-wise it's not bad! Their chilli oil I think is home made, but tends to be on the much more bitter side. Still not bad! Really nice decor.
Xian noodles were excellent, homemade. Lamb was spicy, but the meat was poor quality— stringy, tough to chew, lots of tendons and other parts in there. The water tasted terrible, and we needed a lot of it due to the spice. But they didn’t give us hardly anything. The service was very poor. The place wasn’t crowded and the food came out fast. I had a stomach ache the next day and so did the Mrs who is from Beijing.

Good stuff, lots of variety. Noodles were of course good, I got the tomato and eggs soup because that what my dad always got, and the three topping noodles. No complaints. Green beans were good too. My buddy I went with used to come here a lot pre pandemic and he says it's not as good. Even so, I was happy, and want to try other dishes on the menu, so I'll be back.

Food is awesome and it’s not crowded. The portions are huge and each dish has a distinct taste.
This is authentic and a real departure from your Americanized Chinese food.
Plenty of parking… and don’t forget to look up. The wall with a calligraphy scroll is a famous poem from none other Chairman Mao. Gotta love this place.

I have no idea how those other people can say the portions are small. Unless youre godzilla or you only ordered an appetizer noodle, you will be full after your meal. I found this place off of tiktok and I’ve been in love ever since. I’ve taken my family and my gf here and they’re all in love as well. My gf is visiting again next week and she keeps asking when we are coming back here.
I recommend the 肉夹馍 (Chinese pork hamburger) and the 油泼三样Three toppings Spicy Noodle w/pepper oil.

Authentic flavors throughout the extensive menu at this restaurant. Nice atmosphere inside yet still casual and comfortable. The people here are very nice. Definitely recommended the Three Toppings Spicy Noodle with Pepper Oil.

The dishes here feel very authentic. I heard that the restaurant owner, chef and waiters all come from the same village in Xi'an. All the noodles are handmade and very chewy. Carbohydrate lovers will probably like them very much. Our table ordered ten dishes, and except for the fish-flavored eggplant, which I didn't like very much, there was nothing special about them. The portions are quite large and cost-effective.
