Could’ve inform the customer nicely or putting up sign that the machines aren’t working temporarily because of the power outage, instead rudely yelled out the customer who isn’t aware the power is down temporarily do better, the “open” sign was up

Nice Yogurtland. The prices are going up like crazy though. I went there like 3 weeks ago and it was $0.71 per ounce but now it is $0.73. Their buy one get one free deal for prepackage froyo is now different too. It’s now buy 2 get 1 free. I used to like going there cuz it was the cheapest Yogurtland in the area with the best deals but now…eh

i try to purchase 24 of the $5 giftcard for my girl’s class Valentine Day.the total is $120, but! they dont take large bill than 20 its so funny！i only carry one $100 and one $20! Waste my time and my gasoline!never come back

The bathroom is not private. Staff will unlock and open the door even though she knew a customer was inside, we told her, and customer responded he was almost done. There was no reasonable excuse to invade his privacy. She initially let him in. He was a paying customer.
There yogurt is so DELICIOUS and creamy !!!! ❤️
