I think i just got the best service from any fat food place or for that many any place then I've had in a long while the 2 young folks in this Dd/BR were great

The last several times I have visited this location, the cost, my receipt and change amount has always been altered. They put a different amount that you gave to them and return less change than the correct amount. I voiced it to the server and to the manager. They both seemed non-plussed and surprised I had not pulled away. The server gave me semi-soft ice cream. I requested double scoop rainbow sherbert in a cup. The ice cream was melting and hard to tell if its 2 scoops . The price was $7.60 , I gave her $10.00 and .60 in change, so I could have ones to provide a tip. She returned $2.25. I told the server that transaction is incorrect. She gave me the change neatly and receipt on top. She came back with a manager (?) The manager offered to go through the till and I told her I thank you. I just won't be returning. I keep a coin jar in my glove box to provide exact change. I guess I did not react as they assumed I would. Please review your receipt and change when you are in the drive thru. Happenings are questionable. I was insulted and I will not patronize BR again. For what I paid that day I should have gone to the market.

The food here is always great. The staff work really hard to work 2 different shops. They all deserve a raise. There was a line and we were all taken care of quickly. I really appreciate their hard work.
