I honestly can't believe my husband was served this brown oily mess as mac n cheese!!! There's no way this should be served to paying customers. Please do better, my picky eater wouldn't touch it. Usually the food here is decent, this is just gross.

Took my wife for dinner and ordered 2 brisket fries. Always been good in the past. After waiting a few minutes they came out and told me they did not have any more brisket. I really did not want anything else so I asked for a refund and they said they could not and I could talk to the manager when they opened back up in a couple days. My wife went back once they opened and they gave her the food and some horrible coleslaw for the trouble. She brought home the food and only one was even brisket the other was pulled pork (I smoke alot of meat). Not only that but was very little meat a d mostly just fries. I will not return. This is very poor service.

This place is not it, spent about 90 on lunch for 3 with no drinks and was very disappointed. The darkened dry chicken was probably the worst piece of chicken that could have ever been BBQ'd. Shameful tasteless piece of garbage. I got the pick 3 with two sides for 25 and if this is what they serve they can keep it.

Order person was not helpful and rude/disrespectful probably won't return. I know good help is hard to find but to not want to respect a customer's request I simply did not want the second item of the meal and they didn't understand I had to flat refuse it for them to get it. Window person should be on the window. Get actual customer service oriented personnel. You are in the service industry. Very disappointed.

Had rib tips, small side of mac n cheese and small collard cabbage greens. The mac n cheese was worst than box, it was mushy and very salty. The greens were over cooked and no flavor so I mixed with salt mac n cheese. I keep trying to patronize this business.
Just left food horrible ? grease have a oyster juice taste, and smoke taste never will go back disappointment ? I'll continue going to

We stopped here today 10/25/24. We were VERY disappointed. The prices did not match the size of the meal. We bought 2 catfish plates and a pulled pork sandwich plate. The cornbread had to be a couple of days old. It was hard and you touch it and it crumbled. No taste at all. The fish had a good taste but was not equal to the $20 price tag. The French fries were few and tastes horrible. No flavor and over cooked. The greens/ cabbage mix was decent.

The pulled pork sandwich was horrible. The flavor was bad. The potato salad and beans were ok. Unfortunately we won't be returning. We spent over $60. If the food was enjoyable, the size still would not have matched the price.
We got the family bum and everything was very bland no flavor at all. The ribs were burnt they add the sauce at the end. The chicken was burnt!fries were not fresher Mac n cheese bland. Not recommend.
