Stopped going to McDonald's and Carl's Jr because they make you park out front and wait for your order. This Burger King hasn't let me down yet and always let's me have it my way.
We drive to the opposite side of town to come here. The service is great, and They are patient with my husband, who can never decide what to eat. We only dine in for dinner, and at this time, the store is always clean even when there's a crowd.

First time in many years to sit down for breakfast at Burger King- Hemet. Was greeted by manager and employee with a " Good Morning, Sir, welcome". Placed my order (under &10. Including OJ), food ready in a few minutes. Restaurant was clean and employees were very friendly. Very positive experience, highly recommended.

Terrible, seriously I asked the workers for ketchup and they never gave them to me, thinking they were hard workers I didn’t think much and just waited, but NO! They were in the background literally on their phones, they also forgot to give the right fries I wanted, and they tasted cold once I got them, I would give a 0/5 if I could NEVER again

Just left this location and had a terrible experience. We waited in line for over 30 minutes in drive thru just to order our food. When it was our turn to order we waited another 10 minutes. I sat there saying "hello" and no response we pulled up to the window I informed the young lady at the window of this and she looked at me like I inconvenienced her. She told me she could take my order but I would have to wait outside. I told her that was fine I just wanted food after waiting in like for 40 mins. She then comes back and tells me that I was going to have to wait for all the cars behind me to get their food before I get mine. I didn't feel like arguing with her so I left. I understand being busy and short staffed but a simple "please hold" when someone pulls up could have avoided this.

Stopped to get a quick bite to eat noticed that the drive thru was 6+ as I open the door to Burger King is this bad odor that turn me away, the smell is unbearable how are you supposed to eat in establish like this. Service was extra slow absolut

And never fails that when you order something from Burger King it is never correct. You tell them no cheese they put cheese or you tell me you want cheese and they don't put cheese. They need to listen more at the drive-thru that on the ordered that a customer is

Hands down one of the worst burger kings I've ever been to. There's probably one Burger King I would rate worst than this place. I'm disappointed every time I go there. It's to the point me and the family only go there for the icees . Which they usually get wrong also. Like too many fast food places, they are expensive and doesn't promise fresh food. That's why I go to the places that make the food on the spot.
