Highlights of the evening were Cristina, the service, the beverages & the food!! The food was fantastic! The chef took into account our dietary needs & delivered flawlessly! Unfortunately, the server, Ana & her assistant didn't know the key ingredients of the food yet & we were led astray with the bread not containing any dairy, yet it did. One bite & we both knew. We recovered fine & the rest of the meal went off without further incident. If there were no allergy issues, this restaurant would be hands down the best place to go for a nice dinner; Sans the decor. The restaurant as a whole felt cafeteria style & not remotely commensurate with the food quality, food & beverage & service that we received. Change the interior design & this restaurant would be even better; because they nailed everything else!
Food was great and our server was very nice. We will definitely have date night there again. We enjoyed a nice dinner together for my wife's bday. The steak was perfect and the lobster was nice and big. The perfect pair 👍🏻
Service was good but for the price of items on the menu we expected better quality on some of the food we ordered. Calamari was very dry and over cooked...minimal dressing on our salads....filet and baked potatoes were great but still feel a bit overpriced for our dining experience.
Delectable! Everything was perfectly cooked and beyond delicious. The table ordered the steak and lobster dinner with butter cake. Don't forget the butter cake! It's leveled up from what you're used to.
The Tomahawk steak was horrible! The steak is normal very good, so I asked the server was there a new chef and she said yes. The Ceasars salad was the bottom of the lettuce, the creamed spinach was terrible, the asparagus was meh, the baked potato was lukewarm. Now the brussel sprouts and butter cake was good. This was over $400! Will not be returning. I live far and this was a waste of my time!
A truly wonderful dining experience. The food was top-notch and the service was outstanding."
We had 5 different appetizers for dinner. Food were great and service was excellent. However the restaurant look liked a conference room. It wouldn't hurt for Soboba to spend some money on decorating the place and attract more high end eater
Been here a few times and food seems to be getting worse. Fine dinning is not their priority in my opinion. Pasta had no flavor. Drinks were terrible, tasted very low quality. My husband's steak tasted like we went to a local steak house. Not worth the price overall in my opinion. I expected much more for the pricing. Other fine dinning restaurants are cheaper and taste so much better. I think that might be the visit that did it for me. I won't be returning.
We walked in at about 915 yesterday Friday. Place was empty. Waited 10 mins for someone to walk up to us and no one did. Everyone in the kitchen was looking at is but not one walked up to us. We were trying to celebrate a promotion that my wife got at work. Party of 5. We even asked the guy that was preforming if anyone was working today. He told us. There doing there own thing today. After like 13 minutes we walked out. Customer service is a 0. Very disappointing that we went here to spend money and no one wanted to make money.

We had our reservation so our wait time was very short.
Seated promptly, with staff serving water immediately followed by ordering drinks.
I had a spicy margarita. It was very balanced but could have used a little more spicy in my opinion. My husband had a smoked old fashion that had a great walnut flavor.
Our appetizer was the bone marrow. I enjoyed the flavor greatly. Along with the company of the roasted garlic.
My husband had the perfect pair. Loster and steak. He was very pleased with the cook on both and the flavor in the seasoning.
I order the venison, I had never had before. The flavor was wonderful. It was accompanied with a sweet potato puree and mashed potatos. I will add that they were spread across the plate beautifuly but because they were so thin they were ice cold when I ate them.
Lastly we had the butter cake perfect outside and gooey inside. The ice cream was so rich!
Overall it was a great meal. Worth the 250 for the Valentines weekend.

My wife took me here for my birthday and it was a great experience. Eric and Anna were very attentive and provided amazing service. The servings are plentiful and the 150 tomahawk ribeye meal for two was actually great value with all the amount of food you get with it. It was a complete meal with a ton of flavor. I would recommend the corn lobster bisque the mac and cheese and the butter cake cheese cake. Also the demiglaze that came with the ribeye paired very well. Finally, get the players card. You get a 15% discount with it. My only complaint is that the smoked old fashioned seemed watered down. For 17 bucks put more than an ounce of whiskey in it.

I like seafood and fish being ok, but when my family and I had the Chilean Sea Bass dinner was mouthwatering, perfectly seared, juicy, so flavorful and just fell apart. It was as if it was melting in your mouth. I have a reputation with my friends and family as an excellent cook( I enjoy cooking food from all over the world and cater). I could never replicate this dish. Hats off to the Chef. The curried whipped mash potatoes and the sweet tender yet crispy broccolini were perfect side dishes. We've dined in with excellent service every time. This time I picked it up with a mask on because I caught a cough and didn't want to spread it ( I still tip well). Got home in 10 min. & the food was still warm and delicious. Thank you, we appreciate the passion this establishment presents.
