Canyons Steak House at Soboba

Our server Patrice was amazing. We've had him a couple time before. And it's been many months between. And he remembered us. Very respectful and friendly. The food always so good. The only thing I wish they could do better. Is if there was a better divide between the bar and the dinning area. Ppl at the bar was really loud and we where sat way ok the other end of the restaurant and I could still here them. But over all it was a good experience.

Above and beyond service great selections on drinks and food! Loved the beetroot heirloom tomato salad and crab cakes!

We love Canyons! The food is amazing! My husband says “It's the best steak anywhere!” ! The service is always fantastic!

One of the steaks was a little tough but it was cooked medium well as requested. My Mom didn't say anything when asked how everything was at the table. A free birthday dessert would have been a nice touch but the card at the place setting was appreciated.

The service was great. Every staff member my wife and I spoke to was kind, polite, and informative. The food was awesome. It was our 16th wedding anniversary and they made it a very nice experience for us. Will definitely return for another dinner. Definitely recommend to anyone who would like a pleasant dining experience.

Mayra was our server and was amazing the whole the staff was nice my wife and I been there a couple of times And it hasn't disappoint the tomahawk dinner for two was amazing and so was the poke app ! Thanks for making our date nights amazing

We enjoyed our Anniversary dinner , we had the tomahawk steak it was delicious and so were the sides , our waiters were great and the atmosphere was wonderful . Can't wait to go again ! Thanks for the great night !

Had a wonderful evening with friends before concert. Service was very good, with few hiccups, but server and manager were very apologetic and offered us free deserts and discount.

Canyons Restaurant in Soboba casino is just great. This is the only place we eat when visiting Soboba. The food is great and the service is even better. Recommended.

The mark of good service is never having to ask for anything. The bar tenders killed it in this regard. Top Notch Service! I ordered the NY strip, asparagus, and Cesar's salad. All excellent! Chimichurri sauce wasn't on the menu, but I asked if it was available anyways. Lol and behold, my steak came out with chimichurri sauce. Absolutely awesome! And I enjoyed the piano playing.
