Got my order wrong again… this time it was my kids food. Ordered two kids meals and one burger combo, one of my kids meals didn’t come with the entree. This particular location always has something going on whether getting th order wrong or online orders “never came through” but all my rewards points were gone. Last chance I’m giving them

I came here with my wife and kids because my son wanted a Carl’s Jr. burger. When we walked in, my wife needed to use the restroom while I was about to place our order. She was standing near the restroom waiting for the code to open the door.

I politely asked the employee at the counter (a short Latina woman with short hair) for the restroom code. She responded by saying the restroom was for customers only. I explained that we were customers and that I was in the process of ordering. My wife was still standing right next to the restroom.

Her response was, “You need to order first, and then I’ll open the restroom.” The way she said it was extremely rude and unnecessary.

Because of this poor treatment, we decided to leave and will not be returning. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially toward a family with children. Management seriously needs to address this behavior.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS 30 mins in the drive- thru for me to order with the ai system get to the window and they have no order for me in the system. Stop with the ai and bring regular people back to take the orders
