My daughter went tonight the whole order was wrong 2xs and the wait was an hour horrible service every time we go there always something wrong with our order and it's not cheap it's ridiculous!! I called and the girl trys to tell me the girl in charge is on break!! I am bed ridden so it's hard to get someone to get food at certain times today was the day I spend with my daughter and it was upsetting I wasn't able to have dinner with her because of this !! Unacceptable!

Marth is the best cashier/ server you have...

there is a tall Hispanic lady with dark hair...very rude, slow, customer service is no existent.. but when I go in and Martha working I am served quickly and smile and great customer service..

I come here often...decided to express my self and my thoughts on your employees customer service..

Place was super empty when we went in, portions are quite big and inexpensive. They have so many food options it’s kinda crazy. Definitely recommend!

Nastiest carne asada fries ever! They didn't make the fries correctly, all the fries where full of oil. You could squeeze a fry and oil would shoot out. Never coming back again

My sister recommended this place, and I visited twice already. I only had the carne asada nachos, but there are really good and big portions.

Im normally not the type to leave reviews. But today I ordered super roll tacos, 3 carne asada nachos. They only gave me 3 small cups of salsa. When i asked for more they said “SORRY ONLY 3 PER CUSTOMER, BUT YOU CAN PAY IF YOU WANT MORE”i and replied with but you see im order 4 meals….so you’re saying I have to bring my whole family every time I come to get the salsa needed? And the lady said “YES AND SORRY THATS THE NEW RULES”

CHEAP CHILAQUILES! I'm so shocked that I got a chilaquiles plate for under $12 dollars! When do you ever see that?!

The food scratched my Mexican breakfast itch, however the presentation and taste was a bit lazy. My overeasy eggs looked borderline burnt and my chilaquiles were a bit too dry. The meal was very spicy, I guess that's why they advertised this. It wasn't bad, just a bit disappointing.
I also purchased pepino water (aka cucumber water) and it was so refreshing for the end of summer.

The service is decent, the lady who was at the register brought my food out to me and the other guests. She also helped a disabled customer which was very sweet. However, she seemed a bit moody like she didn't want to be there. I hope she's okay.

As for the ambiance, it was quiet and everyone was enjoying their meal in peace. They had the TV playing the news which was informative lol.

I was bothered by the bathroom situation, you literally have to insert a quarter to use it! Who carries change anymore? Also, why does this place make people pay to do their business? No thanks.

Castaneda's is still my go-to for late night meals as it's a 24 hour spot and some of the food is actually quite yummy (Carne Asada Fries), however the Mexican breakfast items need an upgrade.
