Went through the drive through around 7:30 pm. The person taking our order was very rude and unprofessional. She didn’t acknowledge that she got my order and didn’t repeat my order. Once we got to the pick up window Shift Manager April, who was the same person that took our order. She was rude and didn’t get our order correct. When we tried to give her our order again she seemed like she was distracted and we had to repeat it 3 times. Another Mexican female helped us but she was also rude when we asked for our receipt. Once we received our order it was still incorrect and we were missing items. The meat on our carne asada fries were still cold and our tacos were poorly made. Overall poor customer service and the food as disappointing.

Wanted a quick bite on my way home. So I stopped at this Del Taco. This one is like a hit-and-miss some days are good Some days or not. today was one of those that was not. I got no napkins. My fries are cold that I paid to upgrade. Basically, just mediocre service and food.I wasn't happy with it.I don't know what it is about this area , but a lot of these restaurants here have problems because they are not properly run or staffed by people that know what they're doing

Where do I begin? This Del Taco is just poorly ran, the people are so nice but the product given is a joke. I understand this is a value taco but where is the lettuce? Also, when asking for Well Done fries, I was ensured the soggiest and undercooked fries. This happens every time we come here. This is the Bad Del Taco of San Jacinto. If you want a better Del Taco go to the one on Florida and Standford. Those people and ran well and consistently providing excellent service.

Unprofessional always getting the orders wrong and they pretend like they can't here you in the drive thru I literally hear myself clearly in their speaker today I was charged 8 dollars for 6 beef snack Tacos and I asked for 6 chicken tacos I thought there was a deal on Thursday after 3 I was over charged for the wrong order I don't have money to waste want my money back

I went there the last Sunday I placed my order and I notice the cashier after she helped someone at the window she took his cell phone to put it in the registry machine to charge him just right after she got some fries and I saw her touching my fries without change her globes, and I told her and she told me that she's not touching letter. Tomatoes noooo she touched my fries I just stopped but I trashed my fries. My question is what's the point to wear GLOBES? around 5 pm. I love DEL taco but please When you will charge remove the globes....when you going to be IN CONTACT WITH THE FOOD WEAR GLOBES.......and you suppose to wash your hands......
I walked into the dining room. There were no other customers in line. The employees looked at me and went back to their conversation. After a few minutes of being ignored, I left. Del Taco is absolutely the worst fast food chain. Why do all your locations stink????

They don’t make cheeseburgers after 11pm. I try to get a cheeseburger at least twice if not 3 times a week after I get off work and they always say their grill is down. It’s very disappointing. I understand people are lazy nowadays and don’t feel like cleaning the grill but it’s not all about cleaning the grill it’s about making the company money and keeping your job.
