The late night drive thru staff is great. I never wait long in the drive thru, even in the day time. I asked for lemon slices for my unsweetened ice tee at 1am, and the drive thru employee gave me half a lemon slices into fours. ??

Overall food was standard, however I do notice the workers tend to intentionally skip work time via driving through the drive thu repetitively taking turns, switching vehicles, and also vaping either Nicotine or Marijuana inside their vehicle or outside of the building and returning to work whilst under the influence, while other workers do their best, its just the select few who are "not there" mentally, and struggle with easier tasks, such as handing out a cup for a meal without staring off and realising their mistake, or even handing out food without having to be reminded to do so several times, this all happened between 1pm to 2:10pm on March 27th, if you're gonna do fast food, and STILL slack off and skip work, might as well quit cause thats dissapointing?♂️

We order 10 hard shell tacos and they barely had meat. They were tacos of just lettuce and cheese. We argued to the manager and he was going to remake them. He told me to pull up to the front curb to wait for the tacos, and never showed up. We proceeded to go to the drive thru once again only for the manager to say, “ I never told you to pull up to the front curb, so we didn’t make your tacos anymore.”

Took my daughter on a father daughter dinner date and she chose Del Taco. Even though it was a little busy and chaotic the girls and guys there made it a memorable little dinner date. Big shout out to April, Julianna, Peter and a young gentleman I didn't get his name but he was on his break and was helping us with the key to the bathroom and held the door open for us. Overall a wonderful experience!

On top of dealing with employees who are arguing with the customers over them messing up an order and the employees being hostile and throwing things around slamming things down. I ordered 2 chicken soft tacos no lettuce ( due to allergy) and 2 1/2lb bean burritos no sauce and medium fries and small coke. Well when we got the order from drive thru we parked to eat and immediately there was lettuce on my tacos so my daughter ran inside and kindly explained how we asked for no lettuce and someone made the mistake and put lettuce. They began to argue with her saying we never said anything about no lettuce and my daughter said yes we did twice especially because my mom is allergic to lettuce. They slammed the tacos in the trash and were talking negatively about us ( the customer) and then proceeded to ask her do you want cheese too sarcastically and my daughter said yes just no lettuce please. Then they rudely gave her the food. They were completely rude, disrespectful, hostile and completely inappropriate. The food was made sloppy to where the burritos were not wrapped properly so when my daughter took a bite the beans ended up all over her and the cheese was on one part of the burritos instead of all over like it should be. The taco meat tasted dry and like it had been sitting for hours too. On top of it all my daughter ended up sick with food poisoning. I am completely disgusted and disappointed in Del Taco and the lack of standards and pride. I used to work for Del Taco and this type of behavior was never acceptable. It seems to me the customer is no longer valued because this is not the only location where the old Del Taco standards do not seem to exist anymore. I would love to talk to the district manager regarding my issues with this particular location and how to improve the customer service and quality of food. Until then they have lost my business and I'm sure many other people's business too. I'm sure people will not come to a place being treated this way. I'm sure we are not the only ones too. So disappointed and disgusted

Used to be able to get an EPIC breakfast burrito here that was really pretty good. Now the breakfast burrito its n I longer EPIC. SO bad it should be fed to the crows in fact. Itty bitty bits of pulverized bacon bits. No taters. No pico. UK.
