Had such a good experience today. When we got there, there were quite a few people in line waiting to pay (a line of college girls all paying separately)and several people waiting to be seated. I wish I would have gotten the hostess name but didn't. She's blonde amd wears glasses. She handled everything like a true pro. She was efficient, had a great attitude and was quick. She wasn't stressed about the crowd and handled everything that was going on with ease. We were seated within 10 minutes and were warmly greeted by Natalie. This young lady was so welcoming and has the best smile! I see so many people who really look like they just hate their jobs, so to see someone genuinely smile and make you feel welcome, is so nice. She was attentive and kind throughout our time in the restaurant and the food was really good. We went to a different location a couple of weeks ago and had the worst experience from beginning to end. Bad service and bad food, so we will be going to this Denny's from now on.

Usually when I go to a Dennys it’s okay. However, the experience my children and I had tonight was unacceptable. My chicken was raw and it took them a full 30 minutes to make me something else. Also, the person Matthew that worked there was so rude. He was on his phone talking to another person most of the time and so disrespectful to the homeless man that walked in. He was also disrespectful to the Spanish speaking man that walked in for a delivery. Lastly, the kids’ meals were supposed to be free and they did not honor that

My family frequents this restaurant because the waitresses, manager, busboy and cooks all feel like part of our family. Besides that, they serve really great food for breakfast. This is our go to for breakfast. I pray you enjoy it as much as we do.

Absolutely worse Dennys iv walked into let alone ordered food from, the waitress was great, the manager here at this Dennys sounds drunk and extremely impatient with ppl, sure as hell has no business being a manager, order a burrito and a moon's cover hammy but wanted turkey for my sandwich it is a to go oreder, , received like 12 fries no turkey and a egg sandwich. But this is San Jacinto I guess things just dont change.
Customer service was really good. I was greeted by a server and asked if I need a table, quickly I said I was here for a pick up. 1 minute later , the manager came and asked if I wanted a table, I said I was here for a pick up. I ordered the BBQ sirloin, it wasn't that good tbh. The steak had way too much fat in it. But at least the fruit cup was good and fries. That will be my first and last time ordering a steak from demnys.
