I came in this morning for my favorite cup of iced coffee and I dropped it inside my car and Haley gladly remade my coffee , it completely turned my bad morning into a good morning Excellent customer service thank you haley!
I was at this dunkin location on 10/29 at around 9:10am. The one who took my order at the drive thru window was very nice and patient. Once I got to the drive-thru window, I payed with cash. I was missing cents so I gave her the exact change. She then hands me my receipt all crumbled up, I was in shocked.

Was ok place. They don't do malts at an ice cream place was strange. Also this store doesn't support veterans and that is sad!! They don't give any veterans discount!!
I'm always happy with their service. They make my drink in less than 5 minutes. Also, when I come through drive thru and ask for a pup cup,they're always so friendly. My canine definitely likes their service too ?

I haven't visited a Dunkin' in a long time what happened to them they used to be slamming now they're mediocre at best they should go back to the Dunkin' donuts rather than just Dunkin. But regarding this place it's well cleaned maintained and the service here is really good just too bad the donuts have lost there flavor
