Found 2 pieces of plastic in my food and they refused to offer a refund because I had already eaten it. Gave me the runaround even though $17 would cost them little. Kept serving the food and threw away the plastic I gave them, so continuing to serve food to other customers they know to have plastic.

Can we talk about the amount of flies hovering over the food and how no one seems to be bothered. Foodbourne illness is a killer, this is unacceptable and even after complaining, still see flys making way around.

TRY THE INDIAN TACO! Yes, that's what it's called, it's a tasty blend of Native American and Mexican cuisine. It's a large fry bread w/ ground beef, pico de gallo, sour cream, and beans. It's so good, it's like an elevated Taco Bell item, combined with fry bread that tastes like a Mexican bolillo. El Comal's entire menu was very enticing, I'm happy I got to try their food on this trip to Soboba! I also highly recommend the mulitas, the meat was juicy and the tortillas are very tasty.
El Comal can be found in the food hall section of the casino next to the Soboba Pub. I suggest visiting if you're looking for something economical and delicious. It's a very popular spot and fills up fast in the evening. There's a lot of tables in front of this eatery, so don't underestimate this place if it seems quiet.
El Comal also has unique dessert items like churro donuts for those who need to satisfy their sweet tooth after the main course. The staff were pretty friendly and helpful. This place seems understaffed yet they still make do! Salsa, condiments and drinks need to be requested to an employee. Everything is behind the counter minus cutlery. I got a teeny bottle of water for $1.00 to cleanse my palate.
El Comal is a fusion spot with cool menu items, I highly suggest trying it. If you're looking for tacos this is also a good place for that. The shrimp tacos look great!

This was our first time at Soboba casino and after visiting other places within the area what a nice place to have a good time and a enjoyable meal, the EL CÓMAL. is a place that definitely we will try again very nice atmosphere, friendly staff, tables were nice and clean we recommend you to stop by and try it.

El Comal. I expected better than just greassy one tortilla small tacos. The carne asade felt like ground beef. Not even close to Mexican Food. More like Taco Bell.

Omg the best green chilaquiles I've ever had. Flavorful and spicy just perfect. Margarita was bomb! My hubby loved his birria tacos. Staff was great.

Ordered a carnitas burrito and the moment I took a bite I was hit with a bite full of whole black pepper corns. Whole Black pepper corns where mixed inside the burrito. I don't know why they will not remove them before putting the carnitas pork inside a burrito. I almost cracked a tooth and couldn't eat it all there where just too many. It made the burrito very hot and couldn't even put any salsa. The cook or prep person needs to know that one can't serve stuff like that. I guess this is my last time trying their food. What a shame. Had to throw the rest of burrito the garbage. I'm getting sick from so much black pepper corns.bepto time. See photo attached with the ones I was able to take out. Made my meal horrible.

The burrito had Carnitas, Spanish Rice, Beans, Cheese and Pico de gallo. Delicious and very big. Chips and Guacamole was also very tasty. I would order here again.
