The food looks sad and the staff there feels like there rushing u to pick and the food was not much to it just real not good other place season and make sure it's grilled proper here it just seems like they put it in a Boiling Pot of water and say hello Pepper is okay the staff was semi-decent just feel like they were trying to rush us instead of trying to take our order properly

I did A order pick up and I use my birthday rewards when I got home. I noticed that my chips and salsa wasn’t in my mail so I just called to let them know. And. Alexus was so awesome she offered me to come back down to pick it up, then offered that the next time I come that they would just replace my order for me. I let her know how much I appreciated that because I used my birthday reward for this purchase and I was very pleased with her. I had surgery a month ago and can’t cook for myself yet, so her doing this for me really made my night . Her customer service is beyond 5 stars . Thank you again

Went thru the drive thru where they forgot to give me everything I ordered so I had to circle back around. Was not mad about that. What upset me was after taking my first bite of my BRC burrito and biting down on a piece of metal. They need to be evaluated because this is unacceptable!!

They don’t like giving salsa or Serranos even when they know it’s a big order they still give like 2 or 3 sauces and then they ignore and laugh at you if your waiting for your online orders. Like get it together!
