if i could give this place at 0 star i would. I did not find one thing i liked here the noodles were hard and cold, the crab legs were just sitting in foggy water im not even sure if they were supposed to be warm or cold?? i honestly wont be surprised if i get food poisoning tomorrow. They never took our plates so they just stacked up and the plates were full cause like i said the food was terrible.. im not one to write bad reviews but when you pay 60$!!!! for a buffet and this is what you get? terrible please just drive far to murrieta and do not waste your time here.

I visited this place for the first time Friday and mein was I disappointed, nothing was fresh, everything was reheated, food was extremely hard from being reheated, sushi was horrible, the avocado in it was black, dessert was horrible, waste of $63. This place needs to be shut down.

Fruit was bad not good at all. Also there was an employee Asian guy that was just staring at us like if we were going to put food in our pockets. Made us feel uncomfortable not going there again.

Service was amazing. It was slow, my Boyfriend and I came at 2:30 and left at 3:30 before the lunch menu ended. The food was a little tough (to be expected, it was under heat lamps and we came at the end of lunch. If you think that makes it any less good you just have to arrive earlier.) but it was still ready, ready good. Flavor was amazing and everything looked good. The sea food looked good as well (I didn’t have any, was really interested in the sushi tho)

And our server was amazing, even though it was slow he was still very considerate and attentive. 5 stars ⭐️

Christinas culinary class

My family used to eat at Four Seasons frequently but haven't gone in a few months. We went yesterday and the quality of food declined. There seems to have been a change in management and new staff. The food was cold and horrible, no flavor. The sushi was old and unsanitary. I literally spit out my food and we left, explaining the reason. Such a disappointment, as this buffet used to be amazing. We will not be returning. We miss the former staff and the delicious food this establishment once offered. Now, this place is horrible. Please avoid at all costs.

The food is not that good. The hostess was completely indifferent to people. No courtesy from any of the people that work there. I went on July 12 2025 for lunch.

Me and my partner used to come here and by all means it was never a five star buffet, but we enjoyed it because we loved the crab legs and the crawfish we came here today to enjoy our crawfish and crab legs to be unpleasantly surprised by the food. EVERYTHING WAS OLD. I was so disappointed by the quality of service, cleanliness, and most of all the food. Even the jello was crusted over. The sushi was grey and I didn’t even risk touching the Mongolian grill. I just took a safety and sanitation culinary class and I know there are MAJOR RED FLAGS that are extremely concerning. 60$ for two people and I went home and immediately threw up. I now have hot flashes and I’m contemplating going to the emergency room. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. I should have known better than to risk it.

We've been here few times and it was always decent, but we went today and everything was cold. The sushi was hard. It was like everything had been sitting for a long time. It was so bad we were not able to eat anything and we were afraid of getting sick. They had raw oysters that were not on ice.

The waitress was unapologetic and offered very little solutions to solve the problems.

We will definitely not be back

Second time coming here and I'm just extremely disappointed. Both times we've come at the end of the night, however it's well over an hour before they close. Both times they stopped putting new food out long before we got here. Food is cold and scarce. Forget about all you can eat... It's more like all you can SCAVENGE. My water hasn't been refilled a single time. They brought the check without us asking for it, we've been sitting for maybe 45 minutes.
Edit to add: they started removing food an hour before closing, as well. Again, wasn't able to eat all I wanted.
I'm sick of this place and I wouldn't be surprised if I GET SICK from the food being improperly held.
Edit: it's the next morning and I have food poisoning. Both ends.
