This was the best sushi restaurant I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to a lot of them and this was one of the greatest ones I’ve been to we had the heaven rolls and that was the best. I will definitely come here again giving it five stars I recommend it!!

The food is good but overpriced, I asked for lemons & they said it would be a $1 charge. When we checked in the waitress said we had to wait 7 minutes for the table to be cleaned, but there isn’t a waiting area so we just had to awkwardly stand blocking the entrance.

We had food delivered through Door Dash. I called to let them know we did not receive the sauces for our sushi rolls. They wanted us to drive down to pick up the sauces. I asked to speak to the manager and she blamed the delivery driver. Then said to come get the sauce. I explained that we just paid for delivery and tip I’m not driving there. Honestly I would if been happy with an apology but the manager got crazy and hung up on me. I called back just to ask her name she started yelling again and hung up on me. I won’t be ordering their crappy sushi again or going to their restaurant. Horrible manager.
Tonight we placed an order for delivery from this restaurant. However they forgot to put our sauce for our sushi rolls, so we called to let them know. They were so rude telling me to come down and get the sauce, I asked to speak to the manager who tried to blame the driver. I explained it wasn’t the driver everything was stapled and sealed. She told me to come there to get the sauce. I told them I just paid for delivery I’m not going to drive down to get some sauce, I was just calling to let them know. Then the manager hung up on me. I called back to ask her name and she hung up on me again. Never again!

Ordered my food from door dash and the food was delivered very quickly ahead of schedule. When I checked the food (IT WAS DISGUSTING) the food was slimy, Hot and on top of it Lesly the store manager from Hot wok (we all know that’s a fake name from the lady I spoke to) who sounded like a broken Engrish. Has the nerve to tell me that they make the food and that’s not my problem if it’s bad or not! The health department has been informed and I want Leslie’s job and the server that prepared this Dish! Food poisoning is NOT ok! This is why we have classes and licenses like Food handlers cards and certificates! But this restaurant hires immigrants to cut cost! It give this 0 stars if I could! Buyers beware!

Hot Wok was my comfort food spot. I was feeling down today and wanted to get my go-to roll. I was walking into the restaurant when what I assumed was the manager stopped me loudly in the parking lot to tell me the spot I parked in was for Hot Wok Customers only. I let her know that I was going in order to go.
The incident left me feeling not just embarrassed but also unfairly judged. Yes, I was dressed in jean shorts and a T-shirt, but I was only there to pick up my order and eat it in my car. I don’t think my outfit was inappropriate.
I am not sure I will ever go back. It is a shame since I have been going since 2017.
I do want to say that the food was great, but there was no ginger this time. The waitress who took my order was nice, as always.
I am conscious of how I spend my money since I only have so much to spend on frivolous things, and for the first time in 7 years, I regret spending it here.
