Ramon that works the drive through at night is the most professional and kind fast food worker I have ever come across! He has charisma and style in his language. Makes it enjoyable for sure instead of being “yelled” at like most drive through workers.
Don’t go here unless you want to wait 25 mins for your order and have to microwave it because your fries are literally cold and stuff and your burger has unmelted cheese with and old tomato smashed into it. Gross

Extremely rude service. I went to go dine in to do a take out order and it took over 15 minutes to get my order. The problem with this is the cook didn't even start with my order until another customer told me I was already waiting past 10 minutes. So thanks to the other kind customer she let them know I still haven't received my food. Once the manager was finally told she let the cook know that my food wasn't made yet. So the cook finally started making the food and it probably took about 2 minutes to cook the food and the nice lady customer told me to check my food because it is going to be undercooked. Guess what it was undercooked, so I let one of the order takers know it was undercooked. But, this was the problem whom I believe was the manager rudely took the food and tossed followed by telling the cook to make another. From here on out it took a downturn. Once the food was done the manager rudely tossed the food on the counter and walked away. So I asked what's with the attitude because if it wasn't for another customer how long would i have been waiting for my food. Thus, after asking this and asking for corporate number the manager took my receipt left the returned money on the counter and straight up told me we are a franchise not corporate. The disrespect from this lady was astounding. This interaction was god awful and has even led to a horrible taste in my mouth to never buy food from here.

The grandkids and I were heading over to Indio for several days to meet up others for a family weekend vacation. On our way, we took a break, had a bite to eat at this location. There were several people inside the dining area, place look modern, somewhat clean. Trash cans were full and it was around 1pm. Staff were friendly and polite. Our order was taken in no time and our order didn't take long.
Busy kitchen. Food was good.
Clean counter, clean bathroom, clean outdoor.

The management and employees who operate this location are hard-working and amazing people. For this location in patular, in my opinion, it is one of the best in southern California! I know it's a Jack in the box, but the employees here keep it clean and work hard at making sure the order is right and care about its customers! After a mistake was made by the app and having to travel here on foot while my vehicle was being worked on. They offered a free beverage and fixed the problem so no future issues would be had with my particular situation. They took time to help and not only were informative but kind and curtious. Have made this my go too location!
