The grandkids and I were heading over to Indio for several days to meet up others for a family weekend vacation. On our way, we took a break, had a bite to eat at this location. There were several people inside the dining area, place look modern, somewhat clean. Trash cans were full and it was around 1pm. Staff were friendly and polite. Our order was taken in no time and our order didn't take long.
Busy kitchen. Food was good.

The management and employees who operate this location are hard-working and amazing people. For this location in patular, in my opinion, it is one of the best in southern California! I know it's a Jack in the box, but the employees here keep it clean and work hard at making sure the order is right and care about its customers! After a mistake was made by the app and having to travel here on foot while my vehicle was being worked on. They offered a free beverage and fixed the problem so no future issues would be had with my particular situation. They took time to help and not only were informative but kind and curtious. Have made this my go too location!

Today I purchased the $20 family meal and all the food tasted as if it had been sitting there until they wrapped it up and sold it to me. I dont like to complain unless I feel it's necessary and in this case i even called and spoke to the manager herself and she didn't know what to say besides excuses. I wasn't looking for any freebies I just wanted to express my disappointment. Nothing was warm and the meat tasted dried out, lettuce in tacos as wilted and fries were clearly cooked prior to my arrival. Do better!

How can you run a fast food eatery without giving your customers usable restrooms both restrooms were closed I thought that it was against the law to have a facility that serves food that doesn't have a working restroom for customers are you supposed to wash your hands?
