If you are going to order from here, do it in person, not online. They do not care to make your order correctly at all. I put no onions due to my allergy, and they flooded my sandwich with it. 40 dollars wasted all because they are too lazy to read. Customer service is also dismissive when you confront them about it instead of acknowledging they made a mistake.

If you have any allergies, do not place any online orders from this place. The Sanderson store is a better choice to order from. Unfortunately, Doordash shifted to this one even though I picked the other one.

I placed my online pick up order at 10:30
AM for my order to be ready at 12:15 PM. I arrived at the restaurant at 12:16pm & went to the pickup area & only found an empty bag with my name on it. I waited a few minutes in case my order was being finished up but after not seeing anyone working on a salad, & about 10 online order tickets just sitting on the counter I then asked the employee about my order, she looked around & finally found my ticket & said it would be 5 minutes for my salad to be ready. After 5 minutes & nobody making my order I asked for a refund instead of waiting for the salad since I was on my lunch break. Employee said my order was ready but just needed to be packed, I said no just give me my refund, when manager came to give me my refund the manager stated the salad hadn't been made yet. So one person is saying it's ready & the other is saying it isn't, which one is it? The manager also argued with me about the wait time not being more than 5 minutes long because she was “listening” from the office or whatever the little room next to the pickup area is, but if she’s “listening” & knows her staff is backed up why isn’t she out helping instead of just sitting in the office “listening” to what’s going on. All of the online orders were being neglected to help in person orders, a gentleman was waiting for his order even before I arrived & got told 5 minutes more for it to be ready but it took way longer. My refund receipt was printed at 12:31pm, so I wasted 15 minutes there for nothing. We were offered a free drink but I didn't take it, I just wanted my order to be ready at the time I ordered it for. I am a huge fan of Jersey Mikes but this encounter left a really bad taste in my mouth, please teach your employees better.

ETA at 11:09a Monday, 1Jul24: Jersey Mike's responded to my review, and gave me a phone number to the store to call and get the situation handled. The guy who answered was the same guy I spent 20+ minutes face-to-face with yesterday. He still couldn't help me, and said "you're calling the store," to which I replied "this is the number I was given," to which he said "I don't know why they would give you this number." I emailed them yesterday at the email they provided in their reply as well, and gave them my phone number, in that email, but haven't heard from them...

Overcharged my teenager on Tuesday, 25Jun, said they would refund her, did not refund her, she paid over $25 for one sandwich. Went in tonight to try and correct, they can't help because they didn't give her a refund receipt. My husband ordered 3 sandwiches for me to pick up when I went in, all 3 are garbage. They can't ever seem to follow the order, asked to add pepperoncini, no red wine vinegar on my sandwich, it is DRENCHED in red wine vinegar and has like, 3 pieces of pepperoncini. Also, no one ordered mustard on their sandwich, but we got it anyway because the chick who cut them used a dirty knife... disgusting. Waste of time and money to go to this location.

Simple Person

Never give up double meat and cheese a 13 dollar add on for two sandwiches. Manager always claims they do and cheat u for what they are getting paid for do not go to this location go to Sanderson if your allowed for delivery.
