Extremely Disappointed with Juan Rotisserie Catering and Customer Service.

Long time customer and I recently placed a large catering order with Juan Rotisserie for a family event, and the experience was nothing short of a disaster. Not only did they give me the wrong items, but when I called to address the issue, the response was shocking.

I spoke with the manager, Michael, who was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the possibility that a mistake was made, he gave me attitude and belittled me. Michael’s behavior was unprofessional and condescending—he made me feel as if I was dumb and blind and insisted that the error was on my end. I was literally staring at the food in front of me, but he says I was wrong.

I’ve never encountered such terrible customer service, especially from someone in a managerial position in food hospitality. Given this experience, I will never return to Juan Pollo and certainly would not recommend them to anyone.

Taking my business elsewhere. Still in shock my family and I where treated this way.

Emoyee rude. I asked for a juicy not well chicken he said if I have it you can have it. He still charged me . Put in the bag and didn't ask to see if I wanted it. Been here twice and both times I've had a bad experience. 2 years apart

Went to Phineas Banning high school with founder Albert Okura. What a great entrepreneur, the food was excellent, but the Democrats are killing us driving up the cost of living. LONG LIVE DONALD TRUMP!
