Stood in an empty lobby for at least 5 min while waiting for a mobile order pickup. There was one employee that went in and out of the store with a couple drive thru orders that were parked. There was the manager on duty right there at the registers the entire time, doing no idea what. Not once was I greeted in any way. Nor was I asked if I could be helped or anything. Customer service is clearly a thing of the past. Why did we start paying all these fast food employees $20 per hour starting last April?? I just thought it was rude. The 5 minutes wasn't the bad part, the complete lack of customer acknowledgement and service was the problem here.

Worse mcdonalds , save yourself time & peace of mind and just go to the one on Florida š¤¦š½āāļø . Always missing items everytime and its not only one item at a time its MULTIPLE and this happened on several occasions. And the workers attitudes are as ugly & rude.

Iām a DoorDash driver. There sign outside says to come through the drive thru at 8pm. They have had the doors locked to go inside at 8pm so I always listen to their sign. Apparently the manager on duty on 2-26-25 (Suzanne) gets to choose the rules. Now Iām sitting in a Drive thru for 30 minutes plus and this person waiting for their food has to wait also. I couldnāt care less about going inside itās the principle of the sign saying differently and the attitude of the people who canāt deal with customers because of their ego. Iām just trying to do my job. Iāve been coming here for two years with no issues.

this is like the 10th time already that i stop by the drive through around 12:30am and no one is answering or even taking orders. i passed by the window and the employees are either just sitting around or thereās no one inside at all. Itās not even just at that time but itās definitely always after midnight.

4:30 am Sat in the 24 hr drive thru for 5 min. No response. Looked in the window saw 4 employees not paying attention. Ended up leaving
I don't like the fact that you have to use the kiosk to order the drive-thru person was very rude she wouldn't take my order at the window being that she didn't tell me to hold on when going to the drive-thru so I thought her drive through wasn't working when I pulled up to the window she refused to even open her window or even help me
Don't come here if you're in a rush, I was late to my archery lessons cause of this

I literally flight all way from Bahrain to USA just to try this MacDonald's, So..
1-the service was "Meh", the employer was kinda rude
2-I waited 29 minutes exactly just for 2 fries and water
3-I wanted to order an ice-cream for my nephew and of course, "the machine is broken" tho i saw the employer holding a cone and using the machine!! bro
3-The tables are dirty, it was hot, floor is dirty and my nephew sat on a chair but there was gum!
4-After waiting 29 mins my food came and the fries were kinda cold and not salty they gave me hot water and fries didnt had any taste can you believe it!..
