They refused multiple DoorDash and Uber orders just to make things easier for themselves. I even got a very high-tipped order on Uber at 2 a.m., but when I arrived, the worker said she didn’t have time to make it, even though there was a car behind me.

Really good food, although asked to see if they had grinch salt for the meal, they replied with yes, and I asked for the meal and they gave me no grinch salt, we were disappointed but at least we got socks with the meal so, not so bad after all, (BUT please don’t lie to your customers) thank you

This is the worst experience!!! I placed a online order went through drive-thru to pick up my order. The wait in line was about 10-12mins.. then after going to the window was told to pull around and wait by the curb that the food would take 7mins to prepare .. We waited another 15mins outside and another 5mins inside before we could speak to anyone working there... it appeared to be 3 young boys and 2 women is all I could see one was the manager. All of these people were moving so slow with no purpose no sense of urgency no care for the customers having to wait extended amounts of time for their food.. One would think that niw making 20.00 + dollars an hour they would have a more sense of urgency.. Then on top of that the double quarter pounder that had to be prepared was cold the double cheese burger was cold... Will never visit this location again and we live with in walking distance...

I stopped and ordered a 4-piece Chicken McNuggets Kids Meal, but when I got home, there were no nuggets in the box — the most important part of the meal. This is extremely frustrating, especially since no one answers the phone when I try to call. This is unacceptable to miss the main item in a kids meal

Shame on you Management and the tall young man with the beard (gross)and no name tag. You are rude bud you shouldn’t even have a job

We are sucker's for mc d's in my house Hands down the best reward system with the app Sunday mcgriddles after church are a new routine for my toddler, lol We do prefer the stetson location but most locations are good to be fair

Its not hard to ruin McDonald's but this one surely did it...everything here is horrible. The food sucked, the service well...Rude to say the least and top of it they tried to overcharge me by upgrading my meal when I never asked for a large meal...when brought up the girl seemed so bothered
