McDonald's is not the same, slower service and food are not the same patties are small and buns are overgrown. Also never fails they always miss something in your order. Check your order before u leave never fails. Looks like some tallie going on. At the end of the night they take everything they didn't give the customer home!

I’m a DoorDash driver and I went to pick up someone else’s order at this location.

I decided to order myself an iced coffee when I received the order. When I arrived and went to pick up both of the orders my coffee was ready, but the DoorDash wasn’t. I took my coffee to the car and wait a few minutes for their order. I realized my coffee had such little ice, so I left it in the car and went to get the delivery order and ask for some more ice. Unfortunately, the employee who gave me the delivery said I couldn’t get a cup with more ice for my coffee. Then I asked for a water cup because I’d been working for a few hours I asked for a cup of water and they also refused to give me that.

Then the manager came and interrupted me and told me I couldn’t get water or ice unless I paid for another cup also informing me the fountain machine was off. At the time I had my own water bottle in my hand and saw another customer going to fill their soda. I walked behind him and was about to fill my bottle with ice and water, she immediately turned the machine off for both of us.

In the end, I just want to say this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Even as a loyal paying customer and delivery partner I have never felt so disrespected just asking for something so simple. It never made sense to me why I was treated that way. This location definitely needs newly trained staff or a whole new staff completely.

Absolutely shitty. 50 cents for more sauce too is insane. They just want your money.

I've written a post about this before it seems to be having the same problem every time I come here the soda machine is out of order and somehow never has any lemonade selection or others from time to time Plus the seating area is filthy but there's not the fault of the staff it's the customers who are straight up lazy slobs.
What's really bothers me is they have some lady walking around the store area with a tray of chocolate chip cookies shouting out cookies cookies cookies cookies cookie cookie chocolate chip for about maybe 45 minutes to half an hour continually making noise personally I think it's a waste of time that person could be behind the counter moving the customers along rather than wasting time shouting about cookies! It's okay for the first 2 minutes then after that it's like Guantanamo Bay seriously.

We asked for ranch and we were told they were going to charge $1.50 we never got any with two large combos not even ketchup!! The customer service HORRIBLE!!!!!!! The lady giving the combos nasty attitude!

The lady named rosa who I believe she is manager is so RUDE
I had purchased a happy meal and went shopping in walmart for a bit and went back to refill my cup and was told I couldn’t
She always has something to say or just mad dog me over soda when I purchased the cup here many times. She shuts off the machine on people. And they also lied about the hello kitty plushies being sold out.
They don’t want to deal with the orders getting crazy.

A disappointment of a franchise. Food was cold asked them for fresh fries after I complained about the cold stale ones they gave me and they re put the ones I gave them back in the fryer she thought I didn't see but I did. The place is a filth nasty not clean. #31389

I yes call customer service I have a special sister that suffer from seizures in I in my sister we ask for cup of water in this employee that she say she is the manager Jesenia she say I nees to buy the cup so I can get water or ice I never expirience this situation in I honestly I want to real owner or the supervisor take a action about this matter I in my sister we feel discrimination I am reporting this matter!!!

I ordered $5 McChicken box with fries and nuggets well done, but the manager refused to make it right, and they gave me the wrong size soda, the really small one for children.

Notice McDonald's is wanting people to use there in touch screen computer to order your own food.
Issues I saw was that senior citizen didn't know how to use the touch screen and with no help from McDonald's employee I watch them walk out of McDonald's with no food

I placed an order to pickup at the counter and they charged me for delivery, I been trying to get refund for almost two (2) months, and they are telling me that with in 48 hrs someone is going to contact me.
