I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Panda Express today. I ordered online then to find out the portion sizes were unbelievably small—not even enough to satisfy a child, let alone an adult expecting a proper meal. I paid for a full meal and ended up with barely anything in my tray.

To make matters worse, I was on my lunch break and didn’t have the time to return to the store and get this resolved in person. It’s frustrating to spend money on a meal and still leave hungry. This is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning if this is the kind of portion size I can expect.

Panda Express, do better. Customers deserve to get what they pay for.

I have been here several times. I always use the drive thru. I haven’t had any problems yet. Staff has been friendly and professional. I recommend the plate. Chow mien with super greens for sides I recommend mushroom chicken and green bean chicken.

Small portions of luke warm food and rice was undercooked, hard, and gross. Very little meat, but that's ok, it was like rubber anyway, both the beef and chicken and also gross. Has been like this many times and I'm done wasting money there.

Place closes at 10pm, went at 830 and no rice and no chicken. 15 mins wait on chicken. Don’t come here hungry.

It’s the second time that they forget the apple crisps and my egg rolls. The drive thru also takes around 10 minutes.

Drive thru order here & All i got to say is CHECK YOUR FOOD. I do not understand how you can mess up on orders that you see on the screen and receipt & still get it wrong.

Of late, I ordered but did not finish the food . It is always lukewarm even though I asked them if had just been cooked they can't seem to get it to a palatable temperature. The rice is still hard because it is not fully cooked. They always seem to be closing about an hour and a hours before they actually do close so much of the dishes are no longer available unless you ask, but then there's the wait for that. When you go in after 7:00. It looks unappetizing like the food has been sitting there all day.
I've tried this location about six times but have decided to no longer frequent it. Be sure to check your bag at the go through window because at times they don't get it right or forget things such as utensils and fortune cookies. After all, the fortune cookie is most important.

COME W/ EXTRA TIME… Lately, every time I enter this Panda Express it becomes increasingly more busy and it seems a bit understaffed. I spent over half my lunch break just waiting for a person to make my plate. I appreciated them acknowledging my presence, but it’s a long wait just to grab a bite. Drive-thru is the same way, I’ve spent a hot minute in there last time.

The vibe is bustling although the restaurant itself is chill. Panda Express is an MSJC fav, I used to come here a lot when I was going to school in San Jacinto as it’s super close to the college.

I’ve noticed this Panda Express is also quite clean and the tables are always in order. Customer service is generally good. As for food, some of it can taste like it’s been sitting there all day. It really doesn’t happen but this last visit the super greens tasted off, along with the Honey Walnut Shrimp.

Note, this Panda Express has outdoor seating and tight parking.

Came through drive Jade took my order. I ask for a cup of water trying to charge a dollar for a cup of water. Like it's not like I didn't spend money already. That is super ghetto to be charge for cup of water.

Use to be a decent value when every other place's portions have been shrinking, now container and portion sizes have shrunk here too :( No longer worth eating here when you are still hungry after you eat.

It's like IN & OUT, you know you're after a familiar flavor, and it's already constant, the only thing I have to say is the cream cheese Rangoons were stale, not crunchy and bland like they were from the day before. That was disappointing but everything else was fine.

I ordered the Family Meal two sides of noodles, two orange chicken and one beijing beef.Once my wife got home we were looking forward to having some of our Panda favorites, only to be disappointed when we started to look at our food. The noodles looked dry as well as the orange chicken and the Beijing beef was burnt and in no way edible you could smell it as soon as you opened the box! I went back to the store and asked the store manager Mark if this was acceptable to serve to his guest. He claimed that they’ve been having issues with the Beijing Beef and that he could refund me my money back. I then asked Mark if he does quality checks on the food and or if his staff is trained on how to deal with food that’s not acceptable to serve to guest. I told him as a previous employee of panda of 4 years this is not Panda Express’s Mission statement. I then asked Mark if he could provide me with a store number where he refused and told me to go ahead and complain, but he would not provide me with that information.
