So I ordered my food online at this location. I got there to pick up my food. And I had to wait an additional 17 minutes because they did not have my order ready. This is not the first time I've had problems at this location. First, they tell me the health department. Is there so they had to throw out all of their food? Then they tell me they gave my order to someone else. I was extremely mad. So do not eat at this location unless you want to spend an additional 20 to 30 minutes out of your day and be late to work like I was this location sucks.

I don’t even eat panda . Got there was about to place my order they took out all the chowmein in front of my face and said there’s no chowmein , that they sold out. When there was a big bowl of it . Didn’t have rice either. Not sure what’s going on here either the cooks or the manager that’s in charge of inventory . But this panda got me disappointed

I got teriyaki chicken and fried rice. The fried rice taste like it was not cooked enough or something. The atmosphere was okay but I don't think I would get the fried rice again. Maybe I would try the white rice. They did not have rice noodles which I like.

Hello. A young man by the name of Angel took my order at the drive-through was very kind and informative and was the nicest person I’ve ever heard on an intercom. You are to be congratulated for hiring such a wonderful person to do your business. I had to wait a little bit and he asked if I wanted something to drink. Such a thoughtful young man who is going places. People like Angel sticks in people’s heads that they wanna come back and have another meal because of the kindness he showed thank you so much for a wonderful meal from my wife and I oh by the way, I’m 76 and I don’t like anybody.

I think this is the last time I order from this location. The food is not the same anymore, rice seems to be old and chow main comes with hairs on it. If it was only the rice, I could probably eat it, but I am not in the mood to begin eating someone's hairs and I waited outside to receive my order ready text since I ordered online and only approach the windows once I received it, only to have to wait because it was not ready. Again, everything I can live with, except fir the hairs. That is just gross.

Well I decided to stop at this Panda Express the young female Milady was rude and pushy. There was a young mother with im guessing a 3 year old so I was alowing them some space because we all know that kids have a hard time being still. Yet Milady with all the buttons on her hat wanted to be pushy. I still had to wait 10 mins for fresh beef broccoli so why did I have to get a pushy and impatient server
Good food when you don’t want to get off and go to another Chinese restaurant. go to the drive thru instead at panda lol and walnut shrimp is the best

Worst place ever! Manager hang up phone when I started complaining about server Kiara C. On June 21,2925 at Panda Express #1500 Kiara C server forgot to put chicken, forgot to give me forks. I paid $43.94. And shrimp and vegetables are cold, disgusting fried rice. Sever also didn’t put cookies. This store should be closed.
