This pizza hut is trash just like the "managers". Tried to get a refund because THEY delivered the order to the wrong address and all they did was put me on hold then hung up. In all fairness the pizza sucks anyways so kind of did me a favor I guess.

9-27-24 We ordered 5 Large Pizzas of mixed varieties for a get together. All off the pizzas arrived hot and with all of our specifications. Pizzas were cooked well and the crust was crispy and fluffy on the inside. Great customer service by the lady who delivered the pizza as well. She even waited to confirm we got our correct order. This was our first time ordering here as we are just visiting, but we definitely recommend trying them out.

There have been several occasions where I've gone over & the place was closed. This last time it wasn't even 10pm & they were closed despite the posted time hours say until midnight. Aside from the hours the customer service is lacking as I experienced the previous time I went there. I was new to the area & had not known they close the doors at night making you go around to a pickup window. The doors were locked & when I knocked the staff looked at me then just continued on talking to the other staff sitting down as if I wasn't there. I only found out about the side window from a person who drove by. I sat at that window for 10 mins before they brought me my food even though app said it was ready 12 mins before me arriving.

Bro completely bombed my order. And Im pretty sure I paid extra for supreme pizza and got pepperonis. Y'all a joke.
Team member Vince did an amazing job. He made sure that we got the best deal on our food. Everything we ordered was delicious and made fresh.
Dietary restrictions: I order my pizza with no cheese because I am lactose intolerant. My pizza was made to perfection and was every bit delicious
Kid-friendliness: My four sons felt welcomed and enjoyed watching the sports on the two big screen televisions. Inside the dining room there are coin operated machines that my sons played on.

Alley is beyond perfect at her in customer service. I ordered extra chicken, beef, and sausage on two separate orders and she made it exactly how I imagined. She’s pretty funny too. 10/10
