Staff wasn’t very helpful, security officers acted like a cop with an attitude ready to write you a ticket. You can’t bring out side alcohol in your hotel room. Pool closes at 8pm. Asked the receptionist at the hotel counter to please have the cleaners fill the soap dispensers in the shower, he just said sure and it never got filled.

I was upgraded to a waters card. What a waste. I went to cashiers to cash a ticket it took forever, every time the cashier was available someone in the other line was called. I was counting 3 people to 1 in our line. The gentleman behind me got loud said there is no reason to have an upgraded card. I wish I wouldn’t have stood in that line.

They have crap machines $3 min bet, had lots of fun with them. Didn't have time to try the video poker machines.

They shouldn't be allowing all kinds of dogs with exception of service animals/dogs. Some barks aggressively at customers/players and some dogs sits on top of floor registers and the smell is overwhelmingly sickening.

If you come here, beware, pool chairs are stolen and saved all day while people gamble. One person saved 4 couches and 3 umbrellas for 2 people. Told supervisor, they did nothing. They proved it's not equal on thier guest priorities.
Somehow I was routed out here, so I tried my luck with ten dollars, hit the max, doubled my money and then happily donated it back to the casino. 😅 Had fun though! It’s a very relaxing spot. Not much happening during the daytime, but I’m sure it comes alive in the evening. If you hang out here, be sure to tell them Team Smiley sent you! ✨

I won once but only once. Wver sincei go and just lose lose lose. That casino machines just take take take and there's not even that many good games. Dare I say yamavaa is better ( I hated that casino when it was san manual) but I actually won there a couple days ago. So ill give it another chance.
