This is an appropriate place to have a special celebration such as a birthday, anniversary or graduation. The steaks were superb, the Canyon Potatoes were excellent and the Creme Brulee was very tasty.

Enjoyed the Tomahawk steak for two, came with soup/salad, two sides and 2 desserts. We had tons of left overs for the next day. Food was amazing, service was awesome. Highly recommend.

The service was memorable, David our server and Megan her assistant were excellent. They made us feel special and we felt their connection with us was genuine. The food was cooked to my liking, thank you chef, I do not know the name. We savored and enjoyed the sea bass and salmon with a Pinot Grigio wine. Lexter was very attentive and checked on us. Very good experience over all. I would definitely come back. Thank you!

We went to Celebrate a birthday they had a card signed for my brother from the staff and everyone that came to service our table wished him a happy birthday ? the food was always excellent and service was fulled with smiles, they were so nice . I would highly recommend to everyone i love this place ?

Lester greeted us when we arrived and we was promptly seated. Our support server was great. Our server David was excellent. He was friendly & very attentive. We had wonderful service. Lester stopped by to see how our dining experience was and we informed him that we totally enjoyed our servers and that David gave us a lovely five year anniversary experience . I have to add that the porterhouse steak was seasoned & cooked perfectly. The three tiered chocolate complimentary dessert was heaven. What a great night.

First time at Canyons. My husband and I were celebrating my birthday. I couldnt have been happier. My hubs thought the oysters were so good he had a second order! Followed by the sea-bass. Which he said was excellent. I had the petite filet with blue cheese crust. It was perfection. We shared the asparagus, corn and brussel sprouts. All were tasty. Finished off the a personal cheese cake which i was too full to eat! Again the hubs said was very good. They had decorated our table with birthday confetti and a signed birthday card. First time I have ever received a card from an establishment. The crowd noise was minimal and piano playing in the background was perfect. We were in a lovely booth with a great view of the open kitchen. And look, its pricey. However the service and quality of the food was so good I wasnt mad at it. It was a great celebration spot. We will be back!

Took my wife for date night. It's so nice to have a steak house so close to home. We had the steak and lobster with oysters. I highly recommend getting a little of everything and sharing it. We will be back for the Thursday special dinner for two! The service was amazing and I will be coming back every week.

As requested, Myra was our server! She is the BEST! Our girls' nite of 5 was given excellent customer service and of course the FOOD was just as excellent! Orders of surf-n-turf, pork chop, pear salads, martinis, & of coarse the warm breads & specialty butters!!
Service was excellent, Steaks were better than most, baked potato was bland, asparagus was ok, my wife's Salad was supposed to be a Ceasars, but it was a wedge and she didn't like the dressing. The dessert we took home was ok, but not much vanilla ice cream.

We come to Canyons at least twice a month. The service and staff are fantastic each time we dine here. They always recognize us and come to greet us even if they are not our servers for the evening. My husband got a free room for the night, so we reserved a table for dinner at Canyons. We go to a lot of steak houses and I just say this place hit us by surprise. Customer service from the start was on point. The food was absolutely delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly the way we like it. And we topped it with shrimp, super tasty. We ordered the Brussel sprouts and bacon corn side dishes and they were also so good. All the food tasted great. We will come back here again. Hopefully it will be the same experience. It was delicious. One of the best steak dinners in a long time. And I must say.. way better than Cielo. Thank you.
I took my husband here for a birthday dinner. We ordered the lobster bisque soup, filet mignon Oscar style with a side of garlic mashed potatoes. The food was incredible. Steaks were tender and melted in your mouth! Yum... We will definetly be back!
