Absolutely the best filet mignon ever had, done to perfection. Sides were good, too, especially the mushrooms. Birthday dinner included a beautiful dessert. Wait staff was terrific. The manager also checked on us twice. Overall a wonderful dining experience.
The Canyons exceeded my expectations once again. Took my Mom for her birthday and they had a birthday card and glitter sequins waiting on our table. I had the filet mignon and mom had the lobster. One of the best filets you can get, aged and tender. Mom's lobster was delicious. Our server,David was top notch making sure everything was spectacular. The manager even stopped by a few times to check on us. Excellent service! Mom even got a free dessert for her birthday. Atmosphere...
We had a wonderful 1st time dine in experience at the Canyons restaurant. First of all, the service we received from David and Eric was superb! Secondly, the food were cooked in perfection! The wine selection was exquisite! We can't wait to come back.
