Terrible staff. Terrible service. They don't listen and have no idea what their menu is. Then they act like it's your fault. Bad service 3 times in a row now. Adela is the manager and was no help at all, definitely part of the problem at this location. Worst one I have ever been to.

Once again the san jacinto location didn't even bother to make my order until after I arrived and had to tell them it was added terrible customer experience I will just go to Wendy's and get a frosty or some other place for a shake next time. The girls working had a curt and rude attitude because I came inside instead of going to drive thru and acted like I did something wrong placing an order ahead of time. Worst thing was I could hear them talking amongst themselves when I told them they only did part of my order and she was going to take her time since I came inside instead of the drive thru like she told me when I went to the stall.

It's really slow here. I ordered a pick up for two milkshakes and slush it was supposed to be ready at 1:31 pm and it's still not ready 10 mins later. It's super empty and they're still slow. I don't recommend going to the sonic in San Jacinto.

The drive-thru line was long, so I used the app to order. After 25 minutes of waiting, and seeing cars that came after me get their order, I checked the status of my order and it said "Past". Upon going inside to inquire about the status of my order, I had to ring the bell 3 times in the course of 15 minutes. "Can you get the front, they obviously can't wait." Was audibly stated from the kitchen area. You can even see the drive-through girl playing on her phone instead of assisting. After a few minutes she looked up and saw me looking at her on her phone and decided to help. 2 burgers, 2 slush, cheddar peppers, and a footlong coney took close to an hour to get. Should have read the other reviews before starting my order.

I'm hard of hearing and have a bit of a stutter. The music was so loud I couldn't hear the lady and kept hafting to ask her to repeat things and told her i couldnt hear her. She was being so rude she had me so flustered I started stuttering and then she just ended my order and I wasn't done ordering. I pushed the button again and they wouldn't answer. The girl came out to get my money I told her I didn't understand what happened I wasn't done ordering and she goes OK I'll fix it and walked off.... I was so confused t what she ment because I didn't tell her what else we were ordering. then I pushed the button again and got the first girl again and i told her i needed to finish ordering she said oh we fixed it your order alread it should be ready. I again told her I didn't finish ordering and she said oh give me a few minutes and again hung up or whatever. Very rude and condescending and impatient with someone who has a disability. Not ok at all. Very disappointed.

As an Uber driver I am very aware other drivers have cast a negative shadow on our behavior. I work hard to change that each day but today I have to speak up. I have been to this sonic many times. First told to pick up in lobby, then in the drive up spots, then the drive thru. Today I sat behind a car for almost 10 minutes only to be told Uber pick up is only lobby now. That’s fine. JUST
PICK ONE ALREADY. Also, usually we are conveniently put on the back burner when we are in the lobby. At many establishments. Sometimes waiting up to 45 min for an order. Just saying. We deliver to your customers Sonic. Figure it out once and for all.

Wack spot to go to ordered my food at 10:00 pm simple number 7 on the menu took almost 50 minutes for my food there was people getting attended in the line in front and behind me and when i got to pay still was told to wait a couple more minutes for my food. Still receiving my food in rush at window like just didnt wait an hour for my food but also no napkins or condiments were offered lady couldn't even remember to give me a straw for my drink shaking my head worst experience to get food at night on my way home from work. DONT COME HERE AT NIGHT!!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
