I want to ask the manager of this store of starbucks??? what policy is that employee told me today that I have to buy something first so I can able to used the restroom what a discrimination is this??? I can orden online in this employee does not even know but I am very sad this happen today Jan 28 2025 around 3:57pm very bad services I never hear this Wow how crazy is this????

2 Baristas told me I had to order first before they would give me the code to the bathroom... but I was standing there and unaknowledged in line waiting to order. No greeting... no "we will be right with you" Rude.... only a snappy you have to order first before you can use the restoom!

I sat in the drive thru for 7 minutes without anyone saying a word to me until i spoke up and the worker told me to wait a couple minutes until they open and i dont have a problem with waiting the couple minutes but i know she saw me sitting there and didn't acknowledge me , so i decided to leave because it isn't that hard to let a customer know that they aren't open yet instead of ignoring them
When something is payed for, they should make sure order is fully completed, I hate getting to my destination n notice my order is missing an important place, it may be something small but that just ruins the day

The female clerk with a uncombed pony tail/bun working thr register this morning was extremely curt and rude. She spoke so fast and stared at you as it bothered her for your coming in to order food. When i asked her to speak a little slower she have major attitude and repeated herself and mad dog stared back. I quickly asked for the manager because her behavior was obviously unprofessional. The manager came out and took my order and i explained the unneeded situation. The manager apologized.

Drinks and coffees are good. Thr food is delicious as well. When it comes to service, it's a hit or miss, sometimes we get a cold person who for some reason is there but not there and sometimes we get the loveable person who treats us like we are welcomed. Thank you to them.
SJ's BEST STARBUCKS! I've frequented this Starbucks in the past back when I was going to school at MSJC and I LOVE this location. The staff is always super sweet, both drive-thru and inside staff! I love that ALL team members greet each customer as you walk through the door, it's refreshing! Also, the coffee crew is very friendly and patient as you order. I never get a frown or weird vibes from the staff. The Starbucks is all-inclusive and a favorite for college students!
I've seen many people come in here in the morning with their textbooks and laptops, it's a comfy space. I love that there's also outlets near the seats in case you need to plug in a device for online work, it's very helpful. The shop is very clean and orders are whipped up in a breeze.
