Uberred here after officiating a soccer game and realized I forgot my wallet. They were super friendly and just great human beings. Also, while I was waiting someone ordered a drink in the drive through then changed their mind at the window so the workers let people know there was a free pumpkin spice frap at the counter. A very sad place they need to watch, How they speak to customers. And stop exposing other customers business. The new night lead person needs to learn a lot customer satisfaction they need to be Reeducated. Perhaps Ashley, the manager should look more carefully who she promotes to become a lead or a manager? Very sad that they do not put any attention to customer satisfaction. I have been a customer to this place 5 years i can't seem to understand why they don't make your coffee.The way you want it , if it's only substituting some substance, you're still paying the same, Amount of money, perhaps that's the reason why starbucks is losing so many customers to dutch bros. Obviously they forget that it's people like me that keeps their business open.They should try to be a little bit more nicer.

Extremely disappointed with the management of this location. Today marked the launch of the (bear cup). I was pushed and shoved, the employees just opened the doors and didn’t have any sort of crowd control or a single care for customers safety and well being. Shame on the manager, do better!

I have been going to this Starbucks consistently for the last 6 months. Amazing staff, always cleaning the facility inside and out. Drinks are consistent and the staff in the morning (who I come in contact with the most) are purely amazing! They remember my drink and if I want to mix it up they are always ready to help me with decisions. Amazing Starbucks staff! 💚

Friendly, conscientiousness service. The staff is always hustling even while interacting with customers. Store and store front are always well kept. Outdoor seating is sparse but much more peaceful than their competitors across the street. Ashly runs a great business catering to our part of town. Thanks

I can orden online in this employee does not even know but I am very sad this happen today Jan 28 2025 around 3:57pm very bad services I never hear this Wow how crazy is this????

2 Baristas told me I had to order first before they would give me the code to the bathroom... but I was standing there and unaknowledged in line waiting to order. No greeting... no "we will be right with you" Rude.... only a snappy you have to order first before you can use the restoom!
