I sat in the drive thru for 7 minutes without anyone saying a word to me until i spoke up and the worker told me to wait a couple minutes until they open and i dont have a problem with waiting the couple minutes but i know she saw me sitting there and didn't acknowledge me , so i decided to leave because it isn't that hard to let a customer know that they aren't open yet instead of ignoring them
When something is payed for, they should make sure order is fully completed, I hate getting to my destination n notice my order is missing an important place, it may be something small but that just ruins the day
Drinks and coffees are good. Thr food is delicious as well. When it comes to service, it's a hit or miss, sometimes we get a cold person who for some reason is there but not there and sometimes we get the loveable person who treats us like we are welcomed. Thank you to them.
