We ordered prior to arriving. My daughter, who had purchased our drinks went to the counter. She didn't see our drinks. She asked the barista, and he told her rudely that she had the wrong Starbucks. She opened her phone, and showed him her order. He rudely replied that he had threw those away. My daughter and me had no idea why. We asked if they would make us new drinks, he looked annoyed and said yeah I guess I have to remake them.
We received our drinks. Before we left I needed to use the ladies room but needed a code. There were no other customers in the coffeehouse that needed assistance. I am sure there was a line, but there were 4 baristas present. I looked at one that was just to the left. I said hello. He looked at me, then looked away. I thought maybe he is listening to an order. I looked to the right, and into the eyes of a different barista. I said hello. He looked right at me for several seconds and turned away! I asked aloud for anyone that I needed help. No one offered. Remember I just needed a code. I said out loud that this is not okay. I walked toward the door saying I was going to make a complaint. I was still hoping one would apologize and help me out. I would have forgiven, but no. I have no idea what we did to deserve such treatment. I will be calling Starbucks. As for this Starbucks, I have been here and usually go through drive thru many times. I will not be visiting this location again.

Starbucks Count Your Days……walked into this location because my daughter wanted a refresher. There was one customer in front of me. She wasn’t ready so she said I can go before her. I told the cashier if I could use the restroom first and he responded “well do you have a mobile order” I said no, I would like to use the restroom before placing my order, can I get the code”. He was like “ ok, but we have a policy since January that customers could use the restroom with order placed”. Wow Starbucks, just wow. First your drinks are Mid at best and your prices are absurd. Be thankfully anyone even walks through your business anymore. You’re restrooms are filthy anyways!Got my daughter her drink but she needs to start liking Dunkin’s refreshers more.

As a long term customer at this location - I finally had to post this review because this has been the 4th incident that using my personal cup as an option was unsuccessful. On 4 different occasions I have had my order handed to me TOPPED OFF with coffee that upon transfer to my hand, coffee spilled all over my hand and into my car.

I personally think that they should train the baristas to NOT TOP OFF the personal cups. Not only is it a safety hazard - it is unprofessional.

I have already called the customer service number and was NEVER contacted back. I do know the manager and she is very sweet but this last visit will be my last visit at this location.

Do better please before you lose more customers.

They argue with you for a refill even if you just left the store!! They refused to give me a short pike refill even after I showed them I was just here moments ago.

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks locations all over California and some in different states too but never been refused to use the restroom without the purchase but this particular Starbucks location refused me to use the restroom until i don’t make a purchase. I’m a Starbucks customer and i do buy coffees many times but at that time i didn’t wanted to buy anything. I drove 2 hours from my home to this city for some work purpose and made a stop at this location to use the restroom and they refused me to use it. Went to the Jack in the Box right in front of it and they let me use it without any purchase.

It was my birthday and I went over to redeem my coupon. She said I couldn’t get a food item and I told the lady that the message on my app said I could get a food item. She scanned the QR code and handed me the banana loaf and she didn’t even wish me a happy birthday. That’s terrible customer service.

Of all the Starbucks I've visited this stores policy is atrocious, I asked to use the bathroom before my order. I normally order online. I had to pay for an item before, ok I'll take a single fruit. They had no fruit, and they didn't accept cash. So I pull out my phone and they wanted me to buy cream cheese to use the restroom. This kind of interaction in the morning is going to be odd, and it should probably be avoided. I had enough free points to get any item but I left and won't be back. Some automated Starbucks bot will respond to this and that shows what nonsense it is. Last time I asked for a coffee and a refill I wound up with 4 paper cups and 2 cardboard sleeves. What a wasteful place that is just odd.

The employees are friendly and helpful, and fun to talk with. Generally, drinks are on point. However, today I made the mistake of not checking my drink before leaving with it. Unfortunately, instead of the solo dirty chai I ordered, I received a grande latte with a single shot of espresso, no chai. Basically a cup of warm milk. Yuck. But I didn’t check, so partially on me. Check your drinks, folks!

I'm hesitant to write this because I really don't want this Starbucks to get too popular. IMO, this is the only Starbucks in the entire valley worth going to if you like the old school Starbucks experience. Sort of in a private area that isn't bombarded with heavy traffic. Plenty of tables and outlets to set up and work for a few hours. And the staff is giving great service. I only rated the food 4/5 because in general Starbucks food is overpriced and mediocre. Nothing against this particular store.

If Starbucks reads this, I have a few suggestions on how to make it even better.
1. Add power outlets outside, plenty of good weather to set up out there.
2. Add some big comfy chairs/couches like Starbucks used to have at every location.
3. More outlets inside too, even though there's a decent amount, 3-4 more would make it perfect.
4. Add some outdoor padded chairs/benches, I've seen them at other Starbucks and people love them.

Special shoutout to Jasmine (hope that's how it's spelled), she's awesome.

This Starbucks is maybe the most out of my way in the valley, but is now the only one I'll go to if I'm planning to go inside.

Please don't ruin this one, Starbucks Corp.

Worst place very inconsistent on making drinks...I buy almost every day so I know my drinks very well but Worst yet the manager name Eddie is always freaking unhappy and RUDE. I question him about my drink not been made right so i asked him if he can add an extra shot of espresso that i was willing to pay even though he messed up my drink. Then he proceed to even accused me on pretending to walk away without paying for it if he add it. So i say to him "bro I'm literally walking to make line to pay right now it's not like I'm running away with out paying on my UPS uniform" He's always rude with poor customer skill, not even sure as to why he keeps working there if he always miserable.
