This Starbucks does not honor light ice policy. I have been coming for years and is always the same issue.

Every time I go to this Starbucks I’m greeted with a friendly smile. The workers here are very professional and friendly. I am thankful for Kyle as he always remembers my drink which makes ordering go a lot smoother on a busy morning. And my drink is always on point ☺️

I went today 11/8/25 in the morning with my wife and daughter to have breakfast , we were the only people inside the dining room, we were eating and having coffee my wife wanted to wash her hands I went to the front to ask for the code and the barista( Candi ) in a rude way ask me if I did a order , they need to be aware of who is on their dining room, I talk to the manager and all she all she did was tell me that they were short staff, that’s just an excuse , for rudeness. I don’t need to know that, been short staff is ok to be rude , they probably going to send a link to contact me but that’s not true, they just don’t care .

I have 3 starbucks locations closer but will drive here. Staff is always friendly, my drink is either ready or made quickly at the window. Very few times have I had issues (mainly occasionally someone not as friendly like today the guy at the window was more rushing and didnt seem to want to be there but to be fair I have high standards when coming here due to how amazing the team always is)

Slowest location ever. I typically go to the one in the Winco parking lot in west Hemet which is super fast. This location is always an issue. Last time I ordered and paid for a summer refresher and after paying the lady said sorry we’re out of straws. Come on get it together

This Starbucks is under new management and I might say it is now AMAZING! The staff is so warm and friendly the service is great. This is now my new Starbucks. I drive further to come to this one just because of the atmosphere.

We ordered prior to arriving. My daughter, who had purchased our drinks went to the counter. She didn't see our drinks. She asked the barista, and he told her rudely that she had the wrong Starbucks. She opened her phone, and showed him her order. He rudely replied that he had threw those away. My daughter and me had no idea why. We asked if they would make us new drinks, he looked annoyed and said yeah I guess I have to remake them.
We received our drinks. Before we left I needed to use the ladies room but needed a code. There were no other customers in the coffeehouse that needed assistance. I am sure there was a line, but there were 4 baristas present. I looked at one that was just to the left. I said hello. He looked at me, then looked away. I thought maybe he is listening to an order. I looked to the right, and into the eyes of a different barista. I said hello. He looked right at me for several seconds and turned away! I asked aloud for anyone that I needed help. No one offered. Remember I just needed a code. I said out loud that this is not okay. I walked toward the door saying I was going to make a complaint. I was still hoping one would apologize and help me out. I would have forgiven, but no. I have no idea what we did to deserve such treatment. I will be calling Starbucks. As for this Starbucks, I have been here and usually go through drive thru many times. I will not be visiting this location again.

Starbucks Count Your Days……walked into this location because my daughter wanted a refresher. There was one customer in front of me. She wasn’t ready so she said I can go before her. I told the cashier if I could use the restroom first and he responded “well do you have a mobile order” I said no, I would like to use the restroom before placing my order, can I get the code”. He was like “ ok, but we have a policy since January that customers could use the restroom with order placed”. Wow Starbucks, just wow. First your drinks are Mid at best and your prices are absurd. Be thankfully anyone even walks through your business anymore. You’re restrooms are filthy anyways!Got my daughter her drink but she needs to start liking Dunkin’s refreshers more.

As a long term customer at this location - I finally had to post this review because this has been the 4th incident that using my personal cup as an option was unsuccessful. On 4 different occasions I have had my order handed to me TOPPED OFF with coffee that upon transfer to my hand, coffee spilled all over my hand and into my car.
I personally think that they should train the baristas to NOT TOP OFF the personal cups. Not only is it a safety hazard - it is unprofessional.
I have already called the customer service number and was NEVER contacted back. I do know the manager and she is very sweet but this last visit will be my last visit at this location.
Do better please before you lose more customers.

They argue with you for a refill even if you just left the store!! They refused to give me a short pike refill even after I showed them I was just here moments ago.

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks locations all over California and some in different states too but never been refused to use the restroom without the purchase but this particular Starbucks location refused me to use the restroom until i don’t make a purchase. I’m a Starbucks customer and i do buy coffees many times but at that time i didn’t wanted to buy anything. I drove 2 hours from my home to this city for some work purpose and made a stop at this location to use the restroom and they refused me to use it. Went to the Jack in the Box right in front of it and they let me use it without any purchase.
