Was happy for a short wait time for drive thru but I ordered a banana nut bread and she gave the bread in a bag that had a broken bottom so my moms bread fell out in the car she also did not give me a coffee collar. More attention needs to be paid. We pay enough for the product!

It was okay. The coffee was more ice than coffee and it didn't even seem like they added the 3 shots, which I always pay extra for not that great.

So far my experience has been good with this store no complaints yet.
I’ve worked out of this location on a few occasions. It is quiet, clean and the staff are friendly. My go to drink is an iced caramel macchiato and its always delicious.
There very friendly always willing to help wanna you want

It's a hit or miss with this Starbucks just the inconsistency in beverage production and customer service. I once waited no joke 40 min on a mobile order. Baristas were making drinks from customers who had just walked in. Had several people waiting and sometimes they're great! The drinks are watery at times cold foam is not even foam. I rather wait for a good well-made drink than rush it and have a sloppy drink. Starbucks please change your ice back that was the worst change you have done.

I don't really like to encourage people to patronize starbucks if they can shop at a small local owned business but sometimes it's just gotta be starbucks Especially since I'm a suckee for the point system and have to capitalize on the triple point days or half off a second beverage days etc... amd since it's only 100 points for coffee or pastries my go to freebies are rental iced coffee with brown sugar and cream with a buttered croissant and it only costs 200 points total or approx $6.50 cause they have those "pairings" options but as offered it's a tall coffee and that's just not enough for me lol so be advised you can do the pairings and upgrade to trenta coffee and it is just a extra buck fifty

It was filthy I watched the the woman make 20 in a cup without washing it or changing it. It took over an hour to get it. Also flys were everywhere. It was beyond disgusting
