They constantly change lounge hours, always have a stank attitude, not very welcoming. Give hot drinks without the sleeve then look at you like an idiot when you ask for one. Gave my husband the wrong drink then when asked to make the one we paid for they gave an attitude and half way blended his drink. Always an issue when we come in.

Just when I was getting bored of the usual Starbucks drinks, Raquel from the night shift came along and helped me with amazing recommendations. Each one unique and delicious. She puts her heart and soul into everything she works in and deserves to be recognized.

All electrical outlets were covered up and disabled. Wifi was slow. Not a good place to stay and get work done.
i always love coming here, because the baristas are nice and always talk with me, and give me the best drink options they love!they’re also very strong on keeping their lobby clean, and everything restocked.the atmosphere is nice and everyone there does their own thing- i enjoy the music that’s always playing in the background.if you ever need anything, they get it for you !i love this place!!!Parking: there are small spaces, with cars driving everywhere, but it’s not terribly difficult, there’s also the stater parking and chase banking parking that is connected should their parking overflow.Kid-friendliness: they sometimes give out free items, and are always chatting it up to the littlest ones ! i love seeing the fun drawings the baristas make on the kids cups, making them feel super special.Wheelchair accessibility: there is numerous areas for wheelchairs to get through, as well as an open lobby for you, and help from baristas to move tables if you’re not comfortable with their already set layout.

Today I waited in the drive-through for roughly about 20 minutes, waiting to order when I finally got up to the window. They said they couldn't take my order but yet I was still stuck in the drive-through with this time there were many cars behind me who were suffering in the same way when I finally got up to the End of the drive-thru there was a woman in front of us, who yet somehow, still managed to get her coffee. I have a waited there, just to exit the freaking drive-through while waiting people started honking because this woman decided not only to get her coffee, but to sit there and chitchat with the person giving her her coffee the person in the drive-through manning it didn't even stop her. They sat there and chitchat with her well all the disgruntle Customers were behind me honking their horns they seem to take this as though it was funny and yet I'm sitting in the car with a screaming child because not only she's not getting her Starbucks and her cake pop but we are late for a appointment for this drama, I won't be going to the Starbucks Probably ever again I don't know who's in charge of this in particular establishment, but they seriously need to either replace them or just close down the Starbucks altogether because the people who are running it don't seem to know what they're doing. I've gone to other Starbucks and never have I ever had this issue.
