The place looked clean and smelled good. I was going to give it 5 stars but the service was horrible. I was with a friend who was waited on but I was totally ignored. The staff waited on my friend and the person behind me but completely ignored me, they weren't going to serve me at all. Acted like the didn't even see me. Won't go back to this location.

So few people including me when to the place they open at 9:30 am we were at 9:32 ish. just for the worker tell us they will open in 20 minutes. Which is weird because why would they have sign of their open hours just to tell us they open little later. Either the manager didnt know or care maybe got late to give their breaks/lunch. But its just frustrating honestly.

Had an issue with an order placed online and when I picked up my order there was more bread than anything on the sandwich. When I tried going back in to see if they can remake it, they basically couldnt do anything about it nor give me a refund. I asked to speak to the manager and the regular employee was saying that they didnt want to bother them but thats basically what the manager is there for so it makes no sense as to why they couldnt come talk to me man to man. Never had an issue with this store before so I dont see why there's a problem now.

Love this subway! The employees are anyways super friendly and helpful. Very clean and fresh looking food. Definitely my favorite go to! I went earlier today and of course I have to give this place 5 stars :)
