Not the best experience. Barley put anything in my sandwich I had to keep asking him for more but still barley added anything. When I grabbed napkins he said I grabbed to many to put some back since I only bought 1 sandwich. Which is non of his business but okay...

I wish I had a better experience. I made an mobile order which apparently is a big mistake. The staff didn't bother to follow the order as it was ordered and just did whatever they wanted to the sandwiches. And then put whatever cookies in a bag and taped it instead of the ones that were ordered. If I wanted the food made wrong I could have gotten the same result from McDonald's. ?

We went there on 6/17/2023 and walked in at 9:50 pm, they close at 10. The door was open and they were making a sandwich for 1 person. We only wanted 2 sandwiches to go nothing else. They said they that person was their last customer and wanted to clean up. They still had 10 minutes left before their posted closing hours. They were not apologetic when I stated they were still open for 10 more minutes. All the female worker said was this is our last customer. They just didnt want to serve us nor honor their operating hours. Very disappointed because we rushed there to get our food before they closed. Will be filing a complaint with corporate. If they would of said something like "sorry we are closing for the night", we would of not been so upset. They could of served us quickly in 10 minutes

Always a good sammich. Never enough meat. This particular day, a young student had just started, no experience. I had to tell him what meats went on my subway club. I didn't mind. He's gotta learn somehow. But he needs more guidance, and work on the clock. He wasn't clocked in.

Usually I order online and pick up at this location but since I wanted to take advantage of the Free 6" sandwich offer I received after buying $25 gift card-- offer was only good at the restaurant. I received great service from Elias, who prepared my sandwich and made some great suggestions--very much appreciative. I showed the barcode on my phone to Genesee--apologies if name misspelled :/ -- and she was very courteous and patient such a contrast from the experience I received from the Subway Restaurant on Sanderson Ave., across from LA Fitness (different review). Anyhow, the barcode was not scanning correctly and she simply suggested I increase the brightness on the phone. Well, wouldn't you know it, that worked! Yay, I was able to get my sandwich and I left a satisfied customer. I am so glad I wasn't turned off by the other staff's treatment and I decided I would give it another try. I'm go glad that these two terrific were working at this location. Thanks again Genesee and Elias for your awesome customer service!

It's all right but have had better. I feel there's other Subways that are better . I rather eat elsewhere very rarely I have subway usually it is not that great and it's disappointing.

I have never been to such a terrible location. I ordered ahead two sandwiches. Footlongs. Easy mustard, easy mayo on BOTH.... They were soooooo saturated with mustard and mayo that I couldn't even eat the sandwich. I mean I'm really not even that picky, but I couldn't even hold these without getting mayo and mustard all over my hands. It was truly a disaster. Even sopping the condiments up with a napkin failed to help the situation. I NEVER RETURN FOOD, I'm not the type, but when I brought it to their attention and they did not care nor do anything about it. They lost my business. I will not be returning. The subway down on San Jacinto Ave next to the old 7/11 is waaaayyyyyy better and I will be going there. Maybe, I"m kinda grossed out still.

Went in 30 minutes before closing and there was a nasty bucket of water in the sandwich wraps , she picks up the bucket off the wrap and wraps my sandwich in it , literally right after she took it off ?????

This subway is always very clean and the staff is so friendly it's like your ordering from your friends. This will always be my go to stop when I'm in town! Don't forget to try their new menu too!
